"Have you seen that guy? Some random dude has been bought into our sect without any examination unlike us." One of the disciples gossiped.

"He is always with Sect Leader Cao Yuze, always favored by him. He is just a nobody, I don't understand why Sect Leader Cao Yuze is favoring him." The other disciple fumed.

"Oh, What's this?" Longwei asked as fox years popped from his head. Cao Yuze laughed at the silly faces Longwei made.

"This may be a useless spell but I learnt it just for entertainment purposes." Longwei explained, smiling at Cao Yuze. His eyes full of love.

"Sect leader Cao Yuze—oh, My bad! I didn't know you were bathing!!" Longwei covered his eyes and ran away.

"Oh my." Xiu Qiangshu whispered feeling as if he really shouldn't witness them making out. He looked at Yun Lixin who was staring intently at them.

"Hey! What are you looking at!" Xiu Qiangshu scolded and hit his stomach with his elbow lightly.

"Ouch." Yun Lixin groaned rubbing the area he was hit in.

"Come on, I didn't even hit you that hard." Xiu Qiangshu grinned.

And thank god they didn't had to witness Longwei and Cao Yuze making out as the scene switched again.

"This is your time to shine." Cao Yuze smiled as he adjusted Longwei's armor.

"I'll make you proud." Longwei grinned.

Cao Yuze smiled, but then his smile faltered. "I wish that there was peace among humans and demons. I hate that we have to fight against them but we have no choice."

Longwei held Cao Yuze's wrist,"Once this battle is over, I will find a way so that the humans and demons can coexist peacefully. So that I don't have to hide myself from humans and so you won't have to keep hiding and protecting me from others."

Cao Yuze smiled gently at Longwei's determined mindset.
