Chapter 2

I stumbled my way to homeroom. I was surprisingly still thinking about Shadow. He seems like a nice guy. How did he ever get the Bad Boy rep? I can kind of see how he made his way into Outcast (judging by the emo-screamo crap of music he was listening to), but Bad Boy? I can't bring myself to believe it.
-Ok guys, didn't mean to offend anyone by Amy's comment. I myself like to listen to heavy metal. That comment was just to show how Amy feels towards Shadow. Sorry, Reader-chan!-
I was so caught up in my thoughts that I didn't notice when I bumped into something...SOMEONE, to be more precise. "Hey, Ames!," exclaimed Sonic.
*TIME OUT*
Meet Sonic, a Popular type of guy. Green eyes, blue hair, red shoes, and a dark-blue hoodie. Sweet, cute, and nice are some words girls use to describe him. Girls who fangirl about him that is. I'm widely known to be Sonic's best girl-friends. Everyone knows to be careful about how they talk about Sonic around me. I'm fall into the Popular category, so I'm kind of feared...I don't really like that thought though...
*SO FORTH WITH THE STORY*
"Hi, Sonic!," I said in my usual perky voice. He kissed my forehead and pulled me in for a hug. "So, where you off to Amy? You looked kind of confused there," he smiled. I giggled and smiled at him, "I'm going to homeroom." He put his arms around my waist and looked into my light blue eyes, I returned the gaze and looked into his deep green eyes. I wrapped my arms onto his neck, it took THAT to remind me that I was still holding Shadow's Chaos Diamond-Emerald thing... I forgot what it's called...
I pulled away from Sonic, he immediately sensed something was wrong. "What's wrong, Amy?," he asked. "Y-yeah...just need to get to homeroom!," I exclaimed as I dashed off. Shit, now I feel bad for leaving Sonic behind. Whatever, I need to find Shadow to return this Emerald thingy...while I'm at it, I should ask him what it's called. Don't want to sound stupid when I give it to him. I ran around the school, my red dress bouncing up and down along with my pink hair. After 3 minutes of running, I spotted him making his way from the office to the cafeteria. He really seems to know his way around here... I peeked over the lockers, making sure he didn't notice me. Cream is right! This IS like stalking! I kept looking at him in silence, at least until he turned around. I quickly dodged behind the lockers. He stayed quiet. Good, he didn't notice me....
"So, you gonna come out or you gonna keep staring at me like a creep?," he said in a plain voice. Damn it! He DID notice me! I sheepishly stood up. "H-hi, Shadow!," I stuttered. Damn it Amy! Stop stammering! "Hello, Amy," he responded. We stood there in awkward silence...until I remembered what I came for. "Oh, Shadow! You drop-," "Amy? Who is this guy?" I was interrupted by Sonic. I looked at Sonic, who was staring daggers at Shadow. Tension soon filled the silence.
Goddamn it, can things get any worse?
