Y/N Pov:
We were called to a meeting with the Princess on our Sheikah Slates. Ain't a bad waking up call, at least it's not the Calamity being my alarm clock. I got ready and made my way toward the Royal Chamber. I surprisingly saw everyone. Link, Zelda, Impa, Mipha, Daruk, Urbosa, and Revali. I was assuming I was late again and I felt everyone's eyes on me. I saw Revali look at me and I immediately felt those same butterflies and heart beating faster.

I sat next to Link. "Sorry Princess, didn't realize how late I woke up." "No need to apologize, your right on time." She took a deep breath. "As you all know, the Calamity is scheduled to attack today. I went to the Spring of Courage yesterday and my power was to no avail. Today, the king ordered for me to head to Mount Lanayru in hopes of awakening my power at the Spring of Wisdom. While I'm off, I trust you Champions to find a spot where you can fend off the Calamity. Link and Impa will escort me to the Spring at 4:00. Please start preparing right away. Oh and Y/N, may I have a moment with you?"

I nodded. I felt a suspicion something wasn't right. She didn't say my name when she was talking about is escorting her to the spring. When we were in privacy, Zelda was about to speak but I interrupted her. "This is about what happened yesterday, isn't it?" "What? No! That's not what this is about. Well sort of. I wanted to give you a break, I shouldn't be letting you have one, but I want to do this for you Y/N. I want you to practice with Revali one more time. Consider it a thank you for saving us yesterday."

Wow. Never expected that. But I needed the practice. "Thank you Princess, I won't let you down." She smiled slightly, but I can tell she was really nervous. I made my way back to the chamber. "Oh and Princess...good luck." "Thank you, Y/N." I nodded and made my way.

I looked for Revali around the castle. I'm currently praying he didn't leave yet. I then went to the training ground and saw him about to teleport to Rito Village I assumed. "RAVIOLI!" I yelled. "What the...Y/N? What do you think your doing here? Your supposed to be with the Princess not playing around." My heart kept racing and more butterflies grew in my stomach since I was facing him. What the heck is wrong with me.

"Ze- I mean..the Princess told me to train with you again." He sighed annoyingly. Why would I think this guy would ever like me? "As long as I can find a spot for Vah Medoh than I'll consider training with you." I smiled. "Want me to just meet you at Rito Village?" "That's easier than taking you with me." He then teleported using the Sheikah Slate to Rito Village. I did the same and saw him waiting for me next to the shrine.

"So, how's this going to work?" I asked. "Since I don't really have a choice, I have to let you board Vah Medoh." "Wait..For real?!" "Don't really have a choice." I was extremely excited! Revali said there was a great view on Vah Medoh and I never actually been in a ancient relic, heck a Divine Beast! "Wait, how do you let me board?" "I'll take off the shield on Vah Medoh so you can access it. Wait here." He then flew to Vah Medoh. I waited patiently and then he came back rather quickly. "Hurry up i don't have all day." He said motioning me to get on his back. I crawled on his back and held on tight as we flew all the way up to Vah Medoh's location.

Once we got on top, I was amazed but also kinda motion sicken. I lost balance and almost tripped but felt someone catch me. "You clutz, watch what your doing." I heart beat faster and my face turned red. "S-sorry." Now I have a stuttering problem? Jeez.

I looked at the view from Vah Medoh and oh my goddesses. The view was epic! I pulled out my slate and took a picture of the entire kingdom.
