Searching Hyrule Forest

Y/N Pov:
We met Zelda, Impa, and the others at the crack between Lanayru and Eldin. I'm glad everyone is safe. Wondered what would of happened if we didn't have the descendants help us. Later on, I met Yunobo who's a sweet heart, and adult Sidon, dang did he hit puberty hard.

We just finished saving Robbie and the other soldiers thanks to Mipha and Sidon's Divine Beast. Also forgot to mention, we just learned that Sidon, Yunobo, Teba, and Riju got sent here because of the egg guardian. Wow. Wonder, how much power that little guy has.

Zelda ordered us to meet at Hateno to save Purah and the war that was going on. We immediately started running over there but on our way, we got a call from someone well, Zelda did. Zelda answered the Sheikah Slate and I listened to what it was saying. "What happened Revali?" Oh boy now I'm really curious and concerned. "We're going to be late to the party, apparently some Rito child is on the loose in Korok Forest, there are also monsters on the loose." We we're close to Korok Forest so back up for the battle is easy to get to now. "Y/N! Revali and Teba need assistance, we'll meet you at Fort Hateno!" I nodded. "Understood." And I made my way to Korok Forest.

When I made it to Korok Forest, first thing I noticed was monsters everywhere, no surprise there. I defeated most of the monsters and tried to see if I could find Revali or Teba. I called out for their name but im not sure if they heard me. What I heard on the call was that they were looking for a Rito child, I guess I'll help them search for him or her.

As I kept fighting through, I looked around the forest and there was nothing. No sign of life at all. "Hm.." I thought. Right when I was about to grab my Sheikah Slate, I felt a tug on my pants. I looked down and saw a white Rito child in front of me. "Hello!" I jumped not expecting him to be here. He was flipping adorable though! "Hey little guy! Where did you come from? Where are your parents?" "I saw my dad a few seconds ago! But then a blue light made me go separate away from him! I don't really know where I am." "Hold on, Teba has a son?!" "Yep! That's my dad!" That's unexpected. "Alright well, this battlefields dangerous, I'll take you somewhere safer, but we also gotta find your dad cause..I'm kinda lost too." I scratched the back of my head. "Okay Ms..." "Y/N, just call me Y/N" "WOW! Your the Sheikah Champion Y/N!" "Yep, guess you can say that." "Aren't you also the heroes sidekick?!" "Umm.." Suddenly I heard more monsters coming. "We'll finish talking later, here, climb onto my back." "A piggyback ride from a Champion! So cool!" I smiled as he climbed on my back and wrapped his little wings around my neck.

I fought my monsters without causing the small Rito any harm. "I forgot to ask, what's your name little one?" "Tulin! And someday, I'm going to be a big strong warrior just like my dad and Master Revali!" "Aw, I'm not big and strong too?" "Well duh! You can't fly though!" Ow, recked by a child. But, I got compliments as I was fighting so that's nice.

I then saw some Rito guards. Yes! "Hey! I found the kid!" I yelled out to them. "Get Master Revali and Teba!" A captain yelled out to another one. We waited for a couple minutes for them to come. Teba than arrives while I'm assuming Revali is fighting more monsters.

"Tulin?! I can't believe it's really you...but there's no time for that..I'm just glad your safe." "Heh, I got turned around and realized I was in a strange place! I was so surprised!" Tulin said. Teba smiled at me assuming that's a thank you. "It's too dangerous for Tulin to be here, Master Revali is working on making a path for us. I need you to protect Tulin like you did before." I nodded. "Wow! Master Revali is here too?!" "Yep! Soon you'll be able to meet him." I smiled at him. "No way! I get to meet the 2nd hero and Master Revali!" I chuckled.

We then made our way to meet up Revali. "Y/N? I guess this makes it better to have backup." "This kid is my son Tulin, he's safe thanks to Y/N." "Oh? Well that's unexpected. So both of you traveled back through time then. Also Y/N, you think you can get rid of monsters even with the kid on your back?" "Yep, that's what I've been doing, I'm not weak bird brain." "Alright alright whatever, more annoying than that." "Compliment appreciated."

We then fought more monsters with me by Revali's side and also Tulin fanboying Revali for like 20 minutes. "Wow Master Revali! You're so cool! You're even more amazing than I ever imagined!" And seems he's taking these compliments gratefully of course. But seriously kid, no compliments on me?

We ended up getting lost since there's no Korok's this time to help us. Great. But then Tulin and Revali noticed something. The wind. I noticed it too. Tulin mentioned that the wind is showing the direction where to go. Wow. This kid is smart. Even Revali was impressed.

Once we made it to the exit, we were stopped by a Lynel. Okay, now I know Tulin on my back is probably going to get him killed. I called one of the captains to watch over Tulin and helped Revali and Teba to defeat it.

Once it was over, we finally could relax. Teba went to Tulin and put a wing on his shoulder. "Now go say thank you, Master Revali and Y/N did save your life after all." "Okay!" He then waddled to the both of us. Flipping adorable! "Master Revali and Master Y/N! Thank you so much for saving me!" I almost cried while Revali tried looking away.

"Aw, don't have to thank us sweetie!" Revali hmphed in response. "You know, you're pretty good for a little kid." Well, I wasn't expecting that response. "Y-you mean it?!" Revali nodded. "Thank you! I'm doing all kinds of training so I can be just like you!" Tulin was really excited as he was getting so close to Revali. Revali's response was backing up and yelping while looking at me as if he wanted help. I laughed really hard. "Nope, your on your own for this one buddy!" "Someday, I'll even master the Great Eagle Bow!" Well looks like Mr. Impressive i know has a match.

Revali gave Tulin a look or surprise. "You were nearly killed by those monsters, yet you're so happy. Maybe it won't be long until you're a master of the wind, just like me. You never know eh?" Honestly, I'm surprised how nice he's being to the kind. He does have a good heart, he just doesn't like showing it. Teba chuckled to what Revali said. "That is true, but before that, he still has to surpass his old man. Tulin then made a pose like Revali. "Hmph, it's only a matter of time." When I tell you I laughed so hard. I flipping mean it. Teba also started laughing but stopped immediately after seeing Revali's face but I still kept laughing of course.

"Was that, meant to sound like me..?" Oh boy, here it comes. I'm about to throw hands with this blue cucco if he says anything bad about this adorable child. "Mhm." Tulin replied a little nervously. "O-oh" Teba started nervously but then something unexpected happened. He laughed. Revali laughed. It was a light chuckle but then turned into laughter.

I was shocked more than anything. I then started laughing with him. This is a Revali I barely see, and when I do, I love it more than anything. But that is also that Revali I know and love. Also with some of his cockiness. It's kinda strange how he has a soft spot with kids. I wonder what he would be like as a da- NOPE NOT GOING THERE-

We then decided to take a break since we got to be at Fort Hateno soon or at least I got to be. After that wholesome moment, Tulin started getting sleepy and he ended up falling asleep on Revali. Revali then sat down with Tulin sleeping on his lap. Im going die from the wholesomeness. Teba smiled as he watched. "I'm going to find some food real quick." He said as we both nodded. Now it's just the two of us. We were in a awkward silence till I decided to break it.

"So, you have a soft spot after all huh?" Revali glanced at me. "I wouldn't say soft spot." "Well according to what I'm seeing, I see a soft spot. That's fine, it's cute." I saw a blush coming from his cheeks. "It's not a soft spot Hylian! The kid isn't like other kids that's it." "Oh? So you want to make him yours instead?" He rolled his eyes. We stayed silent for another couple minutes till I started feeling tired as well. I laid down on the uncomfy grass and tried to sleep. "Stupid Hylian, get over here idiot." "Hm?" I crawled next to him. He then did another unexpected thing. He wrapped his wing around my shoulder and made me get closer to him as he is cuddling me. My face turned into a tomato. "Don't speak this to anyone or your dead Hylian." He said. But I could still see he was getting flustered by this. I smiled as I laid my head against his shoulder as I felt him lay his head on my and we fell asleep. Also unaware that Teba would come and start teasing us for this.
