Life as a Hero

Y/N POV
"HIYAAA" "COME ON LINK YOU CAN DO IT!" I yelled to Link. My best friend Link was training and I was just watching him because I already trained. I kept cheering him on when all of a sudden BAM! Linky hit the target. "Nice job you two." I turned around to see it was the Princess of Hyrule, Zelda, "We need to do anything we can to take down Ganon." "Right you are your Majesty." I said. "Oh don't be silly Y/N you don't have to call me that." Me and Link went in the castle to get some rest. Zelda was doing Princess stuff and I already knew that Link was sleeping. So I just laid down and think for a little. I lived at Hyrule Castle for 2 years. When  I was little I used to live at Kakariko Village. The person who raised me when I was a child was Impa, the Hyrulian General. What was said by Impa was that my parents died when I was just an infant. Impa said that during the Hyrule war, my dad was one of the bravest, most loyal knight at Hyrule Castle. Everybody loved him but he passed away during the war. My mother tried to escape the flames of war so I could stay somewhere safe. My mother got deeply injured so she could only entrust me to Impa. Thats when my mother passed away but that's okay. Both of my parents are brave heroes. I really wanted to prove myself that I wanted to defend my country to save Hyrule at all times and to protect the people of Hyrule. I trained so hard for many years and soon enough I was able to fight back and hold a real sword for the first time. Also, I didn't really have any friends.That until one day when I was at the graveyard a boy about my age maybe older came up to me. He had blonde hair and pointy ears. I could already tell that he was a Hylian. We soon became friends after that. Life was great! Well... until that one day. The day that I would never forgive myself. A horde of monsters destroyed our homes. I tried to save my home but couldn't. The only survivor was me. All I could do was flee. There was nothing else I could do. When I turned 16 I thought my dream would never come true and I lost hope. So I joined the Yiga Clan (which is the opposite of the Sheikah btw) and stole things like ruppees or bananas. Seriously I don't know what the obsession with bananas is. The Yiga probably have a banana eating disorder. One day, our boss told us to kill the Princess no idea why but I was the most skilled Yiga so I was gonna be leading them. We found the Princess and guess we tried to kill her  but a sword drawed out and injured one of the Yiga. All the Yiga members fled. But when I looked at the person with the sword of evils bane I saw it was.... Link!? A bunch of memories came around my head and I told the Princess Im sorry and what I did was wrong. Later on, she let me stay in the Castle. I also was a knight and aided Link around his journeys. So Im pretty much hero number#2. As I was thinking about my past I drifted off and fell asleep.
