Chapter 10

Flashback

Joshua's POV

I was chilling with jeonghan on our bed and we were watching some movie it was getting boring at I felt bored then I got a text from someone it was my dad

Dad: you better break up with him.

I just remembered about the chat that me and my father had this morning and how he is forcing me to  try and break up with jeonghan but there is no way that is gonna happen Jeonghan is the love of my life and I am not willing to spend the rest of my future without him

"Hey jeonghan" I said looking at him 

"Huh what's up shua?" He said looking at my worried expression and pausing the movie before getting up to sit up properly so that he could get a better view of me

"I have something to tell you" I said taking a gulp. Jeonghan just looked at me worriedly nodding his head signaling me to carry on

"What happened joshuji are you ok?" He asked grabbing my hand softly giving it a squeeze "you know you can tell me anything" he reassured me calmly making my heart melt

"It's my dad he told me to break up with you and marry one of his business partners daughter because apparently me getting married to her will help expand our companies by merging them together it will also give us a better and more higher reputation. The two highest companies in Korea coming together to form one. It sounds like a great idea to him but not to me I don't want to marry some one that I don't love, the fact that I have never even met this girl makes this even worse. If I ever get married to someone I want it to be you, and I will make sure that you are the one that I marry. You are the love of my life, you are my future I can't even imagine my future without you in it. I love you Jeonghan and only you I don't want some business deal coming in the middle of us" I said trying not to cry but I still felt my cheeks getting wet. I looked at jeonghan and he was staring at me intensely and it looked as if he was thinking about what I had said really deeply 

"Joshua...I agree with your dad you'll have a good life with her and then you will have a big company probably the biggest in the whole world. I'll be so proud of you and you don't have to worry about me Joshua, I'll be fine" jeonghan answered quietly with no hesitation at all, almost as if he had rehearsed this line again and again before 

Hearing him saying that my eyes widened with shock, lips trembling. Well this was unexpected. I had imagined him agreeing with me and helping me come up with a better idea one that will not cause us to have to break up in order for it to work but I guess I was wrong 

"Jeonghan do you not love me anymore?" I stuttered with a new set of tears in my eye

"What! No! Joshuji why would you ever say that!? I love you so much" he yelled startling me as tears started to form in his eyes too making my heart ache at the sight 

"Then why do you wanna leave me?" I cried hugging him tightly 

"I'm just saying that if you do this then you can have a good future Joshua. This is your future we are talking about" jeonghan said wiping my tears as I buried my face in his shoulder

"But what about you?"

"I'll be fine joshuji" he smiled softly he looked as if he was fine with it but his eyes held something else but since there was no complaining with him I decided to think about it 

"You know what I'll do it ok I'll marry this random girl and then after like two months or years I'll divorce her and then I'll marry you and then we can live happily ever after" I said smiling at him he looked at me and his face instantly had a smile on it

"Awww Joshua wants to marry me in the future?" He teased

"Of course I do" I said smiling and wiping my eyes at the same time

"Me too Joshua I want to marry you too" 

"Ok then wait for me jeonghannie" 

"I will Joshuji"
