When I finally woke up, I felt so drained. Like every movement and breathe was a work of pure effort. Trying to sit up, I groaned. "Gods how long was I sick for?" I asked, Nala barked and someone gasped before I was being guided back into a prone position. "You may have gotten over your fever, but you are still weak." Iroh said and I sighed. "I haven't been sick like that since I was a teen." I said then thanked him for the drink of water.
It helped immensely for my dry throat. "where is Zuko?" I asked not seeing him. "Um..." Iroh hummed nervously. He looked uncomfortable, and like he didn't want to say the answer. I sighed. I figured it would happen eventually. Zuko would want to find out more about himself and leave. Iroh liking that Zuko was travelling for self enlightenment wouldn't stop him. "When did he leave." I asked as I lay my arm over my eyes.
Hoping to hide the emotions swimming in them. Nala sensing this nudged my arm, but I didn't move it and so she gave up and just lay back down near by head, her nose pressed into my neck. "He left yesterday." Iroh said and I nodded. Sniffling I shuffled around to sit up. Iroh warned against it but I couldn't lay down any more. "I need to move, I can't lay here anymore." I argued. "I hope knowing that I plan to follow behind him at a distance a mind settler for you." Iroh said.
It did, it helped me relax enough to sit in a meditative position, doing some breathing exercises helped with circulation and blood flow. I was able to feel my cold and saw that it was an exhaustion induced cold. The events of the last few weeks having been the cause. I could feel myself getting a bit better by doing what I was doing. "What will you do?" Iroh asked as he sat across from me.
"I'll return to the Avatar. I left to help you and Zuko. I think my sister is the one sending me visions of you two when your about to be in trouble." I said and Iroh hummed in understanding. "So that's why you came to us at the resort. Yue must have seen that we'd be taken prisoner and sent you to save us." Iroh said and I nodded. "I'd say you should leave to catch up to Zuko. He's already a day ahead of you." I said and Iroh nodded.
Standing up, he patted my shoulder, and left. His things being tugged onto his shoulder as he walked out.

After I was able to get over the last of my cold. I returned to travelling. Nala was able to sniff out the faintest whiff of Appa. We'd found him on the outskirts of a Earth Village, Gaoling, if I remember correctly. He was excited to see Nala again and I smiled back at their little wiggles and groans in greeting. Patting Nala's head and giving Appa a nose pat, I told them to wait and we'd be back.
With a cloak on, and my hood pulled up partially I went into the village. Walking around I noticed two guys frozen to a wall and chittering from the cold. Walking up to them, I frowned. "Do you need help?" I asked and they nodded. "Y-y-yes P-p-lease." one of them said through chettering teeth. "Okay, how did this happen I asked." they'd told me a girl in water tribe clothing did it.
"Why?" I asked, "She wanted to know about Earth Rumble VI." the dumber of the two said, "Interesting tell me more," I said as I was chipping away at the ice, the one who said the name of the event looked to his friend and the friend caved and nodded. Telling me everything, what's about where to find it and what time, I smiled. "thanks," stepping back I walked towards the entrance of the alley.
"Hey get us out of this!" the first guy shouted. I turned and smirked. "Don't worry I'll let you out." I said then with a wave of my arm and motion with my body, I melted the ice. Then they became instantly more terrified of me, as they could see that I'm a waterbender, like the girl who froze them. "Later boys, don't cause any problems." I said then left.

Getting to the venue at nightfall, as that is what the two guys had told me. I entered the entrance to location of Earth Rumble VI: a lighted tunnel in a rock face. Other people were entering the tunnel. Looking around the hall where the competition will be held. I could see a large rectangular arena located in the middle. The arena has stairs running down to a lower, oval shaped area. Seats for the spectators start at the same level as the arena.
