It was becoming one of those days were Sokka and Katara couldn't agree on anything, Aang had gone for food while I unloaded, Katara was on firewood duty while Sokka put up the tent, they're argument was stupid and useless, one wanted the tarp up the other liked it for a blanket, one didn't brink enough wood and the other said to do it themself if that were the case. Me on the other hand, I was just getting annoyed with them.

Coming up between them, they had just torn down the tent and throw wood. With their backs to each other Aang came in wondering what had happened, I patted his shoulder and told him to wait a moment, turning my attention back to Katara and Sokka I raised my hands and smacked them both. Turning they thought they had hit each other but I smacked them again, "Ow! Marius, what was that for?!" Sokka shouted rubbing his now pulsing bump.

"Your both acting like children, now is not the time after everything is done you can argue to your heart's content. But for now, Sokka get wood and Katara fix the tent, or else you won't like what will happen." Shuddering they ran to do their jobs and I smirked at Aang, "You're not actually going to do anything to them, are you?" I shrugged, "Depends on them." he chuckled, "Oh, I get it."

The next morning we had finally reached the Great Divide, a canyon that is filled with monsters that are just waiting to eat any unsuspecting travelers. I sighed when Aang tugged my shirt to get my attention about Sokka and Katara arguing again, turning I glared and they stopped, while an Earth Nation member came in shouting about being first for the canyon guide. I had seen many refugees in my travels to the South Pole it wasn't anything new,

I helped as many as I could at the time but there were always way too many for me to make very much difference. I still helped but I always worried if it did anything in the long run. I was so into my thoughts I didn't even realize that Aang had justed yelled at two clans that were fighting over the guide. Rolling my eyes, I smiled when Aang solved the problem, "Alright! Here's the deal! We're all going down together!"

Aang shouted looking at both clans, "While Marius and Appa here will fly your sick and elderly across! Does that seem fair!?" the two leaders nodded and I sighed well it looks like I'm flying with sick and old people, turning to Nala I scratched her behind the ears, "Nala I want you to stay with Aang help him if he needs it, okay girl?" she barked at me and went over to Aang who held her straps to keep her close.

Helping 12 people up onto Appa, I jumped up on as well and looked down at Katara and Sokka who stared up at me with worry on their faces, "If I find out from Aang you guys fought while he needed help, I'm putting you both through rough training, got it?" they nodded vigorously and gulped in fear. Aang had just finished talking with Appa when he nodded to me as his way of saying we could go now.

"Yip-yip," I said and snapped the reins slightly and Appa bellowed before taking off, they ride was quiet and I hoped it would stay that way the whole way there, about halfway we stopped for a bathroom break, and I waited on the ground for anyone that got off, two Ganjins had to use the bathroom and three Zhangs did too, the youngest a little girl had finished first and stood next to me and stared.

Looking down at her, she smiled and her cheeks turned rosy, "Hello little lady, would you like a hand back up?" she smiled but didn't want to go back up yet, "Mister, what's your name? I'm Katia Zhang." patting her head I smiled, "Hello Katia, I'm Marius. It's nice to meet you." giggling she skipped behind me and held the end of my hair, "You have such pretty hair, Marius. Why is it so long?" she was just full of questions,

"Someone once told me that they liked my long hair when it was about up to here," I said gesturing to about shoulder length, "And because I like this person I grow it out for them." she smiled, "That sounds so romantic!" she cooed when everyone got back I helped them up, before helping her up last. Climbing back up onto Appa we were off. Katia kept asking questions and I answered as best as I could,

But I could tell the older adults on Appa were getting suspicious of me or they were figuring out who I was and then they way they spoke would change despite the fact that only Katia had been speaking the whole time. When we got across I was glad Katia had fallen asleep and when I helped everyone down, we sat to wait for the others.

Finally showing up, Aang hugged Appa and Nala almost sat on me in her excitement. "Good to see you, Nala now could you get off your squishing me." barking she got off and sat to wait, her tail wagging as Aang and the others laughed about something. I didn't want to know so I didn't ask.
