P1: Chapter 8

Yeji's POV

"I'll be drinking again tonight..." she says looking down. "I swear this would be the last time!"

"Don't lie to yourself, Ryuddaeng."

We're on our way to Aeri's house because she just wanted to host a party. Winter would be coming that's why i invited Ryujin too. Ryujin won't stop complaining about her drinking alcohol. She'll still end up so drunk...

We arrived after 10 minutes and headed straight to the living room where they are. I thought it will be a small party, just our circle but it looks like the whole block is here.

I saw Aeri on the table shouting like she's an emcee. Ryujin told me she's just find Winter so i started walking towards my friends.

"Hey giiirl~" Lia greeted me as she offered me a drink. I took it and jammed with them. Aeri is still on the crowd so we're just watching her.

"Where's your girlfriend?!" Chaeryeong shouted because we can't hear each other from the loud music.

"She's with Winter," i answered and they all immediately hit me.

What the fuck? That's when I realized what i just said.

"You want to be her girlfriend so bad!"

"Nahhh, they're already dating!"

"You won't even tell us!"

I tried to defend myself but they won't listen. "Listen, i just know it's Ryujin you're talking about so i just answered!"

"Karina why aren't you with Winter?" i tried to change their aim but i failed-

"Nah, don't change the topic Hwang Yeji." Lia said while laughing hard.

"Hey," we all stopped when we heard Ryujin behind me. Oh no. I hope she didn't hear everything.

"Uhm, how long have you been standing here?" i asked.

"I just arrived here, why?" she seems so confused because my friends are laughing.

"By the way, Winter, you know her already." she said.

Karina suddenly got a little quiet but she moved beside Winter. Aeri also came back from being a host. We all raised our glass for a toast. I almost fell down out of clumsiness but i felt Ryujin's hand on my back. She didn't remove her hand. Instead, she moved it to my waist making me feel tingly.

Chaer hit me with her elbow and eyed Ryujin's arms behind me while raising her eyebrow up and down, smiling.

I just knew this would flood our group chat the moment we get home.

I glanced at Ryujin who's currently talking with Lia. She is also drinking fast as we're beside the table. I won't let her drive...

She's still not removing her hand and pulled me closer. I can feel the stares from my friends as i looked around and found more people glancing at our direction. So i pulled away..getting another drink. I'm now confused why i did that.

It is getting late and all of us have started partying in the dance floor, not minding anyone's business.

"Wooooo!"

"This is so fun!!"

"We have school tomorrow fucking shit!" we all laughed at the guy who shouted that.

I'm feeling tipsy but my body wants to dance. I moved towards Chaeryeong and Lia who's doing body rolls. We were waving our bodies against each other feeling all the beat.

I looked over at Ryujin's direction who's already staring at me. She's watching my every move.

Ryujin's POV

Just her gaze alone turns me on. She's waving her body slowly matching the music without looking away. She's tilting her head up slowly as she danced together with Lia.

I approached her and pulled her towards me. I put my mouth near her ear before whispering, "Let's go home,"

She looked at me then, smirking. She pulled away and went to her friends. I waved them goodbye as they did and we started walking towards the exit.

"Enjoyyy fucking!~"

I don't know which one of them yelled that...and that's kinda embarrassing. Oh well.

Before i could put the keys in, Yeji started kissing me as she sat on my lap.

"Not here, baby," i said and she pouted. She gave me a peck on the lips before she sat down properly holding her head. It must be the alcohol.

"You're drunk, Yeddeong-ah,"

"You're also drunk, Ryuddaeng," i chuckled.

"Drunk or not, I'd still want you." she said.

This will be a long night.
