P1: Chapter 4

Yeji's POV

"Hey," i just looked at her.

It's currently 8 in the evening so we're both at home, watching TV. I didn't talk to her since yesterday.

"What do you want to order?" i still didn't respond so she let out a sigh. I know I'm acting really silly right now but even i don't know why I'm being like this. Maybe my period is coming?

I watched her stood up and went to the kitchen. She checked the drawers then to the fridge. I looked away when she's about to look at me. I wish she didn't notice.

The room is just filled with the music from the tv, the fan and the utensils' sound she's using. I just sat there, waiting till she called me to eat.

"I'm sorry for yesterday, Yeji." she calmly said.

"It's okay now, i understand that you like Yuna that's why you couldn't leave." i said. Also, who wouldn't like her? she's pretty and nice.

"What????" she chuckled.

"I didn't want to be rude. That's all."

"Oh really? You seemed to like all their jokes 'bout you two."

"Ah, so you were watching?" a smirk formed on her lips.

"No?" i said as i rolled my eyes. "You're funny,"

She insisted to put food in my plate so i let her. She made mac n cheese since i didn't say what I'd like to eat. It's really good. My phone beeped while eating so i turned to check it out. It's the guy who insisted courting me. He's really handsome and a good person but I don't know why i can't like him. He's been courting me for four months now. My friends also don't know about him. My phone beeped again, and this time it's Hyunjin.

Let me sleep there tonight.

Me: No.

Please, I'll pay you.

Me: How much?

20k plus i won't annoy you for a week.

Me: Fine.

Oh damn. I wanted to take my yes back but i know he's already on the way. Where would Ryujin sleep? Where would my brother sleep? Should i just sleep in Chae's? AAAAAA stupid Yeji.

"Is there something wrong?"

I should just tell her.

"My brother is gonna sleep here tonight and i forgot the couch is taken-"

"Oh, that's okay. I'll try to contact Winter if i could stay there for the night." she said and turned on her phone. Act fast, Yeji.

"No! You could sleep on the bed." i said, panicking.

"Are you sure?"

"Mmhm, we're both girls so that's fine." Yeji, you totally forgot the first encounter you had. I can feel my face heating up so i looked down on my food.

"Hey if you're uncomfy, I'll go. Winter already said it's okay." she said.

"No, i swear it's fine."

"But if you want to go over Winter's that's also okay..."

"Okay," please don't go-

"I texted her that it's fine here now," her whiskers showed.

I'm in the shower right now, trying to calm myself down. She's just gonna sleep beside you, Yeji. Nothing more. Calm your dirty mind okay? I bit my lip as her pretty face flashed into my mind. She looks so hot when she's serious. This ain't good...

*knock knock*

I almost slipped because of the loud knock. "Yeji-ya! I'm here already!"

"You scared me!" i shouted back at him.

"Sorry sis!"

I let out a deep breath. I heard him talking to Ryujin like they're already close. They both have the experience of living in another country so it became their topic.

I went out the bedroom wearing my white pajamas. I saw Hyunjin eating the mac n cheese we left for him.

"What happened?"

"Mhhm..later" he is still like a kid when he's eating.

Ryujin is currently in the shower. I shook my head as my thoughts suddenly became inappropriate. I sat beside Hyunjin who already finished eating.

"AAAAH!"

"What?" I confusedly asked.

"Well, i met this girl about 2 weeks ago. I made out with her but we stopped because--okay just skip, she found out my name and even my address and told me she'll come over."

"Dude, she might just come back tomorrow...or the other days there's no point of you hiding like this." his eyes widened. This dumb brother...

"You're right!"

"Ugh, wtf Hyunjin."

He sighed, "Well I'll turn her down if she comes again. Just not tonight. I didn't get to practice the scene,"

I can't believe this guy. If Seulgi unnie was here, she already hit his head.

"Okay now go, I'm sleepy now."

"I'll kick you out." i glared at him. He smiled and opened his arms for a hug.

"I'm kidding, Yeji-ya~" i tried to pull away from his hug but he's too strong.

"But seriously, goodnight. I'm so tired! Tell Ryujin i said goodnight to her."

I'm fixing my hair because it got messy from me escaping his arms. "I hate you!"

I opened the door to my bedroom. "Ryujin-ah! Be careful of my sister, she bites people!" i threw him the comb.

I locked the door and saw Ryujin laughing. She was sitting on the floor. I gave her a glare but she just raised an eyebrow at me.

"Why are you on the floor?"

"I'm waiting for you to get in bed."

"Huh?"

"I always let the owner get in first because i don't want to seem owning/invading a place or something."

I laid down the bed so she also did. She's laying too far from me I'm worried she'll fall down. She also looks so stiff i couldn't help but to chuckle.

"What?" she said while frowning.

"Why are you so far away?"

"Nothing i just--" i didn't let her finish.

"Are you scared of me? Or is it something else?" i said hinting her that thing as i slowly went closer to her.

She laughed and faced me. We're both laying sideways a few inches away from each other. "I'm just scared you'll bite me like your brother said."

"What if i do?" i said to tease her more. Be strong Yeji.

"It'd hurt! Or I'll turn to a zombie!" she said laughing. She's trying to avoid it so bad. Nice try, Shin Ryujin.

I leaned back facing the ceiling. I pulled the sheets under to stop the heating up I'm feeling right now.

"Goodnight, Yeji." she said as she turned her back on me.
