"Stop eating like animals or you won't have another portion."

You hit the back of Luffy and Kid's neck, withdrawing your hand quickly when you saw how the redhead almost took a bite at you. You had only been with them for a couple of hours, but you could already tell that Luffy was a restless bottomless pit, Kid looked like a raging dog and Law was the most sensible, surely tired of dealing with two children. You sat in your own chair, eating more slowly like the surgeon, when you took a big gulp of your drink you decided to speak up, attracting everyone's attention.

"So... the three of you ended up here because some marines ambushed you in the middle of a storm? And you need a ship and a log pose to go to Sabaody?"

"Basically."

Law spoke, letting feed his cutlery rest on the now empty plate while the other two continued to devour another portion, if it had not been for a certain person who passed by earlier you would not have had as many provisions as for these two monstrosities.

"I think I can get some of that quickly, the ship may be a bit difficult but I guess it's okay if you steal one of the pirates."

"Didn't you say this island was ruled by marines?"

"Yes and no, the pirates bribe them with money."

You took the dirty dishes to the sink, you sighed when you saw the junk at the bottom of the large space, your house... well, it was not a house itself, it was more like a large warehouse full of junk with a small room to one side, nor you even had a bed as such, it was just a mattress on the floor, but it sure was more comfortable than rigid sofas.

"Oi, what are you supposed to do while you get the log pose? Dying of boredom?"

"Do what you want as long as you don't set the place on fire, I don't care."

"Hey mystery girl! take me to see the town, I want to discover the mystery of this island."

"Stop calling me that Luffy, I have told you my name for something." you patted your face, taking your glasses that you mostly used to weld but which were now a characteristic accessory that hung around your neck, also taking your backpack "I will go to town, I won't stop you if you follow me."

"Great! We are going on an adventure."

"Mugiwara-ya, we're not here for sightseeing, stay out of trouble."

You hid your smile at the situation, he looked like a father scolding his son before leaving the house, your smile vanished when hearing a loud knock, Kid hit the table growling.

"I'm not going to stand here idly, I'm going too, at least I can get some alcohol."

At this point a mark of irritation could be seen on Law's forehead, who stood up grumbling as he took his sword to go too, you exchanged glances noticing how he silently begged you to get him out of that suffering. You shrugged shutting the door behind you once everyone was out, a playful little smile creeping across your features once you grabbed the handlebars of your transport. You had recently gotten one of those curious little Skypea transports, after several weeks you had managed to make it more useful on land instead of by sea.

"Let's go, follow me."

With the use of a dial you managed to get the rickety object to full power, the boys had to run to keep up with you, as if that weren't enough you did some zig zag between the trees just for fun, it was fun to see how Kid and Luffy were competing to know who would arrive first, to no one's surprise, Law stayed by your side when you got off your transport, the other two arrived a second later smashing their faces to the ground. Yes, you pitied the Heart's captain.

You let them do what they wanted while you bought some necessary things, like food, those damn two had almost emptied your pantry that you had full. Getting a log pose would be a headache so you just got the materials to make it, you had already played with a few to know how to build one that is not defective, the materials were more easy to get although you had to face a vendor you achieved your committed successfully.

"Now all that remains is to look for-" your voice was cut off by a sudden explosion in the direction of the only bar on the island "I don't think it will be necessary."

You poked your head out of the big hole that had been made in the wall, blinking a few times when you saw a couple of guys on the floor, bleeding while Kid growled like a mad dog, behind him the waiter trembled while Law was rubbing his temples and Luffy takes advantage of the distraction to stretch his arm, stealing someone else's food.

"I see you are having fun around here."

You murmur going through the gap, waving vaguely at the waiter, ordering a glass of juice, sitting right next to strawhat.

"D-don't tell me that you... you are taking care of other pirates again?

"No, no... ok yes."

You smiled innocently at the waiter, who already knew you well enough to know that you would help anyone who crossed your path, whoever it was, he sweated leaving your glass in front of you.

"I'm going to ask you to take them from here, that redhead over there has already gotten into a couple of fights and in case you haven't noticed, those are the pirates from the other side of the island."

He whispered the last part, you winced at his words, those crew were a great pain, considering that they had several corrupt marines with them it only made you want them to disappear, not that they bothered you personally, but whenever they broke something normally it was you who helped along with some other carpenters. And speaking of fixing things, your attention turned to the waiter again.

"Don't worry about the wall, I'll fix it as soon as possible."

You left the empty glass on the bar, Law and you exchanged glances, nodding silently, declaration to get out of there, you had to drag Luffy because he looked like a ball, Kid also needed a couple of shoves to get him out of there, letting himself be dragged due to that alcohol had softened his behavior. This time you decided to take a more moderate speed on the normal path, having an occasional chat with the trio.
