Who the guys are jealous of

Axl: Steven. He doesn't like how Steven can make you laugh at anything. He hates how close you are to Steven, but he doesn't want to tell you and ruin your guys friendship.

Slash: Axl. You and Axl previously had a romance before you and Saul started dating. He also hates how Axl flirts with you.

Izzy: Duff. He knows you had a crush on Duff, which makes him feel a little insecure. He knows you love him, but he can't help but wonder how often you think about Duff.

Duff: Izzy. He felt like because Izzy was close to you, you might leave him. Sometimes he feels like you are going to leave him, just for Izzy. But you aren't, you love Duff too much.

Popcorn: Slash. Since you and Slash are really close, Slash gives you guitar lessons. During the lessons, it makes Steven jealous how close he would get to you.
