Shelby Newcomb has worked as a secretary for Tompkins and Sons International law firm for three years since she graduated collage. She was a hard worker and did what she was told to do. The boss in her building Mr. Nicolas Smith was a hard ass and made Shelby's work lode hard on her. Having her run errands that wasn't really a necessity to the law firm but she didn't complain because he was one of the best lawyers in the firm.

That's what she doing know an unnecessary job for Mr. Smith. She stood at the bakery across from the firm waiting in a line of about twenty or so people to get Mr. Smith his favorite java mocha that he just couldn't do without every morning.

She was use to the wait Jake's was one of the busiest coffee shops in town. So while she waited she cheeked her black berry to see if anyone had bothered to call. Of course they didn't way would anyone call her. She went ahead a cheeked her emails then threw her phone into her pocked as she heard the commotion behind her.

She turned to look, her two years coming here there has never been any kind of trouble. This place was the saves place she knew.

They had two police officers that came in every morning and set in a corner booth. They drunk coffee and watched as others came in and out. They stayed there until ten when Jake the old man that own the shop closed for the day.

Shelby tried to see what all the fuss was about but couldn't see over the tall guy with broad shoulder and a tattoo of a heart on his lift arm.

"Excuse me" she heard someone say

Everyone began to move to the side, finally the guy with the tattoo moves and Shelby stands gawking at a god in front of her.

"Excuse me sweetie" He says to her then goes back to talking to who every he is talking to on his phone.

She looks at him for a while this man thinks he can come in here and brake line she thinks to her self

"I was here fist" it comes out a whisper

"Hank I'll call you back, I have a bet of an issue here" he tells the man on the other line then snips his phone close

"Issue, I am hardly an issue. You are no better then the rest of us here that get up at four o'clock in the morning to get our coffee here You can wait in line just as the rest of us do" Shelby snips

She sees an amuse smile playing on his lips, than his tong darts out licking them plum lips.

"Your right I'm not, but you see Miss" he stops looking at her

"No" she says

His eyes widen who is this women he has stumbled upon.

"No what"

"You don't get to know my name"

"No I to am in a rush as you put it. My boss happens to be waiting on me so no I will not step aside"

"I see"

Shelby can feel the eyes of the other customers looking at them and the ones of the employs looking on. Why are they not doing anything she wonders.

"Sir" a man in a black suit and tie comes up behind then "Your meeting"

"Alright since I am not leaving without my latte and you are being vary heard headed. I tell you what, I will order both mine and yours and pay for it as will"

"That would still be braking line"
