The following morning after a restless night we headed to our private airfield to meet our uncles and the men they brought to help us find my nephew. Right as we made it to the airstrip the plane landed. That's a good thing we don't have to sit here and wait while time flies by putting even more distance between us and Aries. The more hands and people helping find him the quicker he can be rescued. I don't even know what Bianca will do when she finds out Aries was kidnapped. We still have no idea as to why he was taken to begin with.
The plane door opened, and everyone descended the stairs. All with murderous looks in their hard eyes. Anybody looking at these tall, muscular, and massive men dressed in black and white from head to toe would be scared to death. A loud shrill had me flinching before I knew it: my grandma and my aunt on my father's side walked over as they screamed my name. One pulled my hair, and the other grabbed a hold of my ear, twisting it.

"Ouch, what you do that for?" I screamed while looking at my aunt and rubbing my head.

"You had one job Vince and that was to protect your nephews with your life, and you couldn't even do that much. How could you let your brother's child get taken from this house? You have all these men with guns, and somehow a person still slipped into this compound and kidnap Aries," my grandmother yelled as she hit me with her shoe.

For a little old lady, she still carried a solid hit. I looked around me, watching my brother and my cousins standing there laughing at me. The sight of a 6ft 5inches grown man being beaten within an inch of his life by a 5ft 2in short elderly Mexican woman was funny to everyone but me. Yes, I admit what happened was my fault as his uncle I should have made sure the compound was protected. This mistake cost me more than anyone would have now. My brother's trust in me is now gone too. Once Bianca wakes up, I'm a Dead man walking on death row.
After my aunt and grandmother beat me a few more times we all climbed back into the waiting SUVs and went back to the house. Where everyone began searching for my nephew and digging up any information about his kidnapping. Most would have already called the cops but my brother did things outside of the law and had his own way of dealing with things.

While everybody else was dealing with the search I strolled down to the room Destiny was locked in. Staring at Destiny questions began to roll through my mind. Did she truly hate Bianca, or did she just not know both shared the same mother? How could we not see any similarities between the two women? Clearing my throat, I walked through the door grabbing her by the neck, and shoved her against the wall.

"Destiny, at one time I thought we could have a life together. But the fact you hid you have the same mother as Bianca from me made me angry. I can't trust you as we used to. And I'm confident Bianca will kill you if anything happens to her son. If you know where your mother is, you better tell me. Before Angel finds the information himself."

"Vince, the woman didn't even give
birth to me. I don't know anything about her let alone where she might be. How am I supposed to know where my stepmom disappeared to? You locked me up remember?"

"Come on, Des think back, is there any place she has ever took you too? My nephew is missing and right now you are our only hope of finding him."
I glared into his eyes, "Damn it, Vince, don't you think I would have gave you the information already if I had it. Bianca is my best friend. I would never do anything to hurt her."

They can't blame me for not telling them who my stepmom was. It's not my fault she didn't reach out to her own daughter over the past few years. It's not like I kept the information from Bianca on purpose.

Flashback

A white stretch limo pulled up in front of our house. The driver climbed out opening the back car door. My father slowly unfolded his body as he slid out. He reached his hand inside and a woman soon joined him. With his arm wrapped around her shoulder they continued their journey up walkway and entered the house.

My father had a smile on his has as he walked through the door way. Grinning like the cat who just ate the mouse he said "sweetie daddy wants you to meet someone."

The strange woman dressed in a tailor made red silk suit and black heels stood by his side. Can you say over achiever?

"Lilith this is my daughter Destiny," my father said. As he continued to smile at the young woman.

Her eyes were ice cold, lips set in a thin line. I shot a glance at my father and shook my head. Living in this house is going to be nothing but trouble now.
I really wish there was some kind of answer for everyone. But there's no information I can give them. Bianca has been my best friend since I entered the first grade. With his hand around my neck, I lifted my head and our eyes joined together. The only thought in my head right now was wanting to feel his lips on mine.

I broke our eye contact and slowly glanced down at his lips. My right leg wrapped around Vince's back bring him closer to me. I raised a finger and slid it down the side of his face, capturing his chin in my hand. With one finger laid under his razor sculpted jawline, my lips grazed his soft pink lips with my own. The electric jolt I felt when our lips collided had me moaning. With our lips joined together Vince arms supported my weight and one of his hands slapped me on my butt.
