Harry has found where the snake is, and it's where Snape is.

We sit outside of the door listening to the conversation Snape is having with Voldemort.

"You have performed extraordinary magic with this wand, my Lord... in the last few hours alone."

"No, I am extraordinary... but the wand resists me."

We watch through the glass as Voldemort steps closer to Snape, "There is no wand more powerful. Ollivander himself has said it. Tonight, when the boy comes, it will not fail you. I am sure of it. It answers to you... and you only."

The boy is Harry, and the wand is the Elder Wand, from the deathly hollow stories.

"The wand, does it truly answer to me? You're a clever man, Severus. Surely you must know. Where does its true loyalty lie?"

"With you... of course, my Lord.

"The Elder Wand... cannot serve me properly because I am not its true master. The Elder Wand belongs to the wizard who killed its last owner. You killed Dumbledore, Severus. While you live, the Elder Wand cannot truly be mine."

Oh shit.

"You've been a good and faithful servant, Severus... but only I can live forever."

"My Lord-." But he is cut off when blood seeps down his collar, I cover my mouth holding in any noise that might slip out.

Snape falls back on the glass pushing it causing all of us to jump back, "Nagini, kill."

I hear a snake hiss ass the glass moves, making heavy noises I close my eyes keeping my head down. Once everything quiets down, they all decide to move Harry grabs my hand, I take it back not wanting to see another dead person.

How bad I felt for Lavendar when I saw her. How she deserved so much more.

"I'll stay with her," Ron says sitting down next to me while Hermione and Harry go in, I just hold his hand.

"You're dating Hermione?" He nods I smile, hugging him. "I'm so proud of you, thought you two were going to be single forever."

"We even kissed."

My eyes go wide, "no!" He nods a little smile growing on his face. "Well, I better be invited to the wedding," I exclaim to him he looks back at me.

"I better be invited to yours." I look at him confused I don't think I ever told Ron. "How do you know?"

"Harry told me, couldn't shut up about it."

I smile at the thought of him being so excited to marry me, but then that burden thought lingers in my mind.

The thought about our child. If he would even marry me still.

"You, okay?" Ron asks I laugh, "It's a war who is okay."

I start to feel sick, my head is spinning, and I can't see clearly. I can see that Ron is looking the same way.

"You have fought valiantly...but in vain. I do not wish this. Every drop of magical blood spilled is a terrible waste. I, therefore, command my forces to retreat. In their absence, dispose of your dead with dignity. Harry Potter, I now speak directly to you. On this night, you have allowed your friends to die for you... rather than face me yourself. There is no greater dishonor. Join me in the Forbidden Forest and confront your fate. If you do not do this... I shall kill every last man, woman, and child who tries to conceal you from me."

All the nausea goes away once the talking stops, Harry is now behind Ron and me Hermione too. All our faces share the same look.
