Stay

A week have passed since Avery started living with Jace in his private house. Nigel began to come over frequently the moment he found out that Avery was staying there.

Avery went to the mall and bought herself few clothes and other things she would need. On her way back, she did stop by to check the state of her house and it wasn't pretty.

However, Jace had some people working on the house get it back to it's previous state. It wasn't destroyed completely— only the living room, the kitchen and a few bed rooms downstairs were affected.

When she returned from the mall, she went straight to her room and decided to watch some movies as she was bored. Jace wasn't there to entertain her, he went to the company to work.

She could feel her eyes get heavy as she was watching the movie and The next minute, she fell asleep.

Few hours later, Jace returned to his house. He walked around and found it weirdly quiet. Ever since Avery started living there, everyday when Jace would return, he would either hear some music playing out loud or Avery and Nigel talking or something else but it was never this quiet.

He went to Avery's room and found her sleeping peacefully. He sighed in relief and went to his own room. After taking a bath, he went downstairs and ate dinner which was prepared by the cook.

The cook's name is George. He would come every day to make dinner then leave. After eating dinner, he was walking to his room when he heard noises coming from Avery's room.

He walked in and saw her rolling on the bed, mumbling something. Her eyes were closed and Sweat was forming on her forehead. She was having a nightmare.

"Dad...mom...please, wake up! You can't leave me- I'm alone, I don't have anyone..." she mumbled which Jace heard clearly. He sighed and approached her then he placed his hand on the side of her face. Before he could say something , she jolted awake and started taking deep breaths. After a few seconds, she finally realized that Jace was here. Avery stared at him for a few seconds before wrapping her arms around him, pulling him close.

"Avery? What's wrong?" he asked, his voice filled with worry. He could feel his shirt getting wet and only then did he realize that she was crying. He hugged her back and played with her hair while she cried in his embrace.

"Everybody left me..everybody I loved. I'm all alone- I don't have anyone." she mumbled while crying. Jace tightened his grip around her, "You aren't alone. You have me."

"You'll leave me too at some point." She replied, also tightening her grip around him, pulling him closer than he already was, "Once my house is done, I'll leave. The reason why I came was to get rid of Ryan and now that It's done, I-"

"Do you want to leave?" He asked, cutting her off. She shook her head, "No, I don't. I want to stay here...with you."

Her reply made Jace smile. "Then that's what you are going to do. You''ll stay here with me, alright? You won't go anywhere."

Avery broke the hug and stared at him before giving him a smile, "Thank you."

Jace didn't say anything. He kept on staring at her which made Avery furrow her brows in confusion. She was about to speak when he crashed his lips on hers. Avery started kissing him back instantly, wrapping her hands around his neck and pulled him closer while he shoved his tongue inside her mouth.

He broke the kiss, rising up over her as she lay on the bed staring at him with a flushed face. Jace's eyes were dark— filled with hunger and lust.

"If I start I won't be able to stop." He said in a husky voice which sounded incredibly sexy to Avery.

"Then don't" was all what she had to say before he took her mouth in his again.

He continued trailing hot kisses along her collarbone. Avery was unable to contain her moans. Every single sound that was coming from her mouth was making Jace lose control.

He finally stopped whatever he was doing and removed his shirt then tossed it somewhere across the room while Avery very got rid of all the clothes which were on her, she felt like her body was on fire.

Jace only stared at the beautiful goddess in front of him, wondering how in the world he got so lucky to have her.

Avery was lying on the bed, in front of him, naked and she wasn't embarassed at all. All she knew was that she wanted him, all of him.

He removed his pants and got rid of all his clothes too, unable to wait anymore.

He stared in her eyes one last time, silently asking for permission. She nodded slowly, giving him all the permission he needed.

He filled her slowly and Avery knew that her fate was sealed for the night.
