You wake up and look at your watch to see that you slept in. "10:30, wow" you get out of bed and head to the bathroom and get in the shower. Just as you are finishing you hear a knock.
"Hey y/n, I'm made a frozen pizza do you want some?" Bucky says from behind the door.
"Yes please," you say turning off the water, "I'll be there in 5 minutes." After drying off and putting on a hoodie pair of loose sweatpants you brush your (your hair color) hair and head out to the living room where you see Bucky on the couch with two plates of pizza. You sit down beside him as he hands you the remote.
"I figured we could watch a movie. You've been busy the past few days. You should take it easy since the baby's due in a little more than two weeks" Bucky says covering you with part of the blanket that he was using.
"Thanks," you turn on Rogue One. One of your favorite movies. You fall asleep soon after finishing your pizza. Bucky smiles and turns off the tv and covers you better with the blanket before taking your dishes and putting them in the dishwasher.
When you wake up about an hour later, Bucky is gone. You stand up and immediately you can tell something isn't right. You sit down and yell for Bucky. He comes running out of his room, "what's wrong y/n?"
"I don't know, I think I need to go to the hospital." You say holding your belly.
"Ok, stay calm. I'll go grab your hospital bag just in case you have to stay let me get your stuff andyour shoes." He stands and walks to the door and brings you your shoes before going into your room. You slip your shoes on before Bucky returns with your hospital bag.
You stand legs shaking and almost fall but Bucky catches your and supports most of your weight as he helps you out to the car. With Buckys driving it took you only 10 minutes to get to the hospital. The staff doesn't waste anytime in getting you to a room.
The doctor orders an ultra sound. "I'm afraid I have some bad news miss Lewis. Your daughters heartbeat is dropping. If we don't induce labor now you could loose her."
Your eyes begin to water. Bucky immediately grabs your hand. "it's ok y/n, you can do this. I'll be with you the whole time ok?"
Bucky and the nurse help you into a wheelchair and take you up to your own private room in labor and delivery. The nurse starts an IV and then gives you the medicine through the IV to induce labor. In no time you start having contractions and your water breaks. "Did you want an epidural?" The nurse asks when she comes to check in you.
"Um no, I want to do this naturally." You say as you grimace at the pain.
"Ok, well you still have a bit of time to change your mind. You're moving along fast though you're 7 cm dilated." She says taking her gloves off and washing her hands before leaving the room.
Bucky takes your hand again and smiles weakly, "it's going to ok y/n. Baby Sarah is going to be just fine."
"What if she isn't? I can't loose her Buck. She's the last connection I have to Steve."
