Chapter 19

BUCKYS POV

I helped hang up the banner for Sarah's birthday right when the doorbell rang. "I'll get it!" I heard y/n yell as she went to the front of the house to answer the door. I stepped down from my ladder to see Pepper and Morgan walk in each carrying a gift bag.

"Thanks for coming guys!" I said giving pepper a quick hug. "And you... when did you get so big?" I bent down to pick Morgan up and give her a hug.

"Hi Mr. Bucky!" She giggled as she gave a a hug. I set her on her feet. "Sarah's just in the living room watching some cartoons with Sam if you want to go in and see her."

About fifteen minutes later all the guests had arrived. Sam, Peter Parker, Happy, Wanda, Wong, Thor, Korg, Nebula, Gamora, Rocket, and Shuri all came to attend Sarah's first birthday party. We had pizza and cake and ice cream. Then it was time to open presents. Me and Y/N helped Sarah open her presents. Each and everyone of the guest got Sarah a really nice gift.

Sam gave her a mini couch for the movie room.

Peter gave her a Spider-Man pj onesie and also a Spider-Man sippy cup.

Happy gave her a book called "The giving tree"

Wanda got her a sundress and sunglasses to match.

Wong got her a toothbrush that sings Beyoncés "single ladies"

Thor gave her a foam Miljonir and Stormbreaker

Korg got her several teething toys

Nebula and gamora got her a small swing that can be used inside that you hang in the door frame

Rocket gave a taser, it'll be while before she gets to use that one.

Lastly shuri got her a giant white wolf stuffed animal.

Shuri was spending the weekend with us because y/n needed her help with some stark tech to up the security of our new house before we could move in. Y/N decided she wanted to move somewhere with a yard and more land so that Sarah could play outside more and well also to get out of the hustle and bustle of the city. So yeah we bought a house well more like y/n bought it she's the wealthy one. She's made almost eight million in the six months she's been working and she was crazy loaded even before that. Although she hates using that money because it was all the money she made from her hits. Even if they were for the government. Anyone the US government saw as a threat she killed. At just 14 she became an assassin before she got captured by hrdra. She's always look young for her age given that's she's so small.

A long time ago when y/n was just 16 she was hired to kill me by the US government. But when she got to be something in her couldn't do it. And well she ended up saving me from HYDRA temporarily. Before we both got captured by hydra. Then she was able to escape but I couldn't. And then about a year later I got out and found her hiding in Bucharest Romanian since she had technically committed a crime against the country. And well that's when we fell in love we stayed a little over two years.

Y/N was pardoned as soon as she got back to the states given her service record for the country and with a little help from Steve (the president owed him a favor). But she left immediately to be with me in wakanda to help me get free from all hydras brain washing. She's sacrificed so much for me. I hope one day I can help her as much as she's helped me.
