"That's- that's my mother" she looked up at John b with her eyes wide. JJ had left to go find the rest of the group and left her and John b alone.
"What- no that's- that's my mother" John b looked at her with wide eyes. Ophelia grabbed her mothers diary and went to the front of the book, the bit she didn't read. She flipped through the pages until she spotted one with a big red rose pasted on it.
She opened the book wider, and gasped. There was a picture Stuck on the page. The picture was when her mother and Ophelia were smiling for the camera. She shifted her eyes to the right side of the photo and saw a man holding a little boy.
"Look at this" Ophelia showed John b the diary.
"Ophelia. That's- that's me" John b whispered.
"We look so alike" Ophelia looked up at John b. She saw his facial features, they were almost identical to hers. Freckles, forest green eyes. Same nose. Same hair colour.
"Do you think. Maybe. I don't know. Maybe we're, twins?" He asked her with wide eyes.
"I don't know" she looked down.
"You know what we should do?" He asked her.
"What should we do?" She asked him.
"We should go for a DNA test" he suggests.
"S-sure why not?" She told him
"But- but I'm broke." He looked away.
"It's ok I have money" she told him.
"aren't you an orphan?" He asked her with a soft smile.
"aren't you an orphan?" She repeated the question with a smile.
"Hm guess were both orphans then" he shrugged
"Hm guess we are" Ophelia smiled
"Let's go" John b held out a hand for her. She took it and let him lead the way.
They both got into his van and sat down.
"Ophelia meet Twinkie. And Twinkie meet, my sister?" He shrugged and Introduced Ophelia to his precious van.
"You named it Twinkie?" Ophelia laughed.
"Hey, she's right here" John b joked. They both let out laughs and began driving to the local pathology centre.
