15. Ward?

"Who's ward" Ophelia asked confused.
"Wait, ward as in, Ward Cameron?" JJ asked with a disgust expression written on his face.
"That's him" John b spoke.
"Wait what?. What wrong with him?" Ophelia questioned.
"He's the richest on the island. His children are externally spoilt. Their names are rafe Cameron and Sarah Cameron. There's also wheezie but she isn't as bad" John b replied.

"Wait rafe Cameron?" Ophelia questioned.
"Yeah" Pope replied.
"Oh, he sounds like a nice person. We've bumped into each other a couple of times.
"Ophelia, you do not want to get involved with him." JJ spoke sternly.

Ophelia didn't know why they all hated him. But she just nodded.
She opened her mothers diary and read all the pages she's missed.

Most of them were talking about how she use to date ward Cameron and all of a sudden he wouldn't talk to her, and he found someone new. Ophelia's mother and big John lived in a big house, with flowers every where and two very expensive cars, they even had a beach house. But ever since they separated. Big John became poor and became a pogue. all the money he had left, he used it for some royal merchant project he was doing.

Ophelia's mother left big John because he was too focused on his royal merchant project, instead of his own children. They both suggested to take one child each since it would be easier to look after them both.

But Ophelia's mother was struggling. She was broken after her break up with ward and big John leaving. She couldn't look after Ophelia by herself. It was too much pressure. So she gave up. She gave up because it was the easiest thing to do. But she didn't think about what her loved ones would feel.

She didn't think about, her daughter who saw her dead on the ground. She didn't think about what would happen to her daughter after she left. Why?, because when you've had enough. When you feel like you can't do it anymore. You forget about the people who really do love you.

You forget about the good times in life you had. You forget about your child hood. You just let it all go, because it's the easiest thing to do. You just want it all to end.
