"Well, my mother died as well, but she died from a car accident when I was 14. My dad found someone new. Sarah has always been the favourite, I try my hardest to get his approval and make him proud but nothing seems to work." Rafe shrugged.

"Oh, I'm sorry rafe" Ophelia looked down.
"It's ok, I'm used to it by now." He shrugged. He stared at her in awe. The Moon shone on her pretty face. She was beautiful. He saw her pretty blue eyes glistening. He saw the way she looked so happy and cafe free but she was so Broken inside. He knew something was special about her. He couldn't stop staring. He looked at her soft pink lips. Lips he wanted to devour in. Lips he wanted to taste. He wanted her. He, needed her.

"Can I ask you something?" He tapped his fingers on his knee nervously.

"Sure" Ophelia smiled.
"Can- can I um- can I kiss you?" he said softly. Looking into her eyes.
Holy shit. Ophelia's never kissed anyone before. She hasn't even had a boyfriend before either, since she has been in the orphanage for the most of her life.

Was she ready? Was she sure? Is she really in love?. So many questions. Well, falling in love is not rational. It's madness. A beautiful, wonderful, moment of magnificent insanity.

She craves a love that drowns oceans.

Will she finally get it? Does she deserve it?

"Yes" Ophelia smiled softly. It didn't take long for the boy to lean in and kiss her. She melted into it, it wasn't a hard needy sort of kiss, it was more like a soft passionate one. Two broken teenagers. Together. Wanting no more than love. Love by someone they would do anything for. It felt like a cloud. Soft and sweet yet holding in so much they want to let go. It felt like fireworks. Goosebumps on their skin. Hands knitted together. Hair blowing in the wind. Magic.

Suddenly Ophelia's phone starting ringing. They both pulled away and smiled at each other in awe. Ophelia rolled her eyes seeing the name 'Dean <3' pop up on her screen. She picked up the call and put the phone against her ear.

"What?" She sighed
"What the fuck?" Dean yelled
"Huh?" Ophelia replied confused as to why he's yelling.
"I said an hour lia. ONE HOUR"he yelled.
"Oh shit sorry i forgot." Ophelia covered her mouth. She turned to rafe who was trying not to laugh.
"Where are you?" Dean asked.
"Um- I'm with a friend" Ophelia replied blankly. She saw rafe out of the corner of her eye. He had his hand over his heart with his mouth opened.

She flipped him off. Both teens trying not to laugh.
"Lia. I swear to- I'm coming to pick you up" he sighed frustrated at his best friends antics.
"No no no no no. I'm on my way home right now" Ophelia tried to stop him.

"Five minutes or else" Dean threatened.
"Or else what?" Ophelia teased.
"I'll take the last of the choc chip cookies." She could see his smirk right through the screen.
"Nooo im coming now" Ophelia faked being hurt.
"Good" and he hung up.

"I'll drive you home" rafe smiled and grabbed Ophelia's hand. They made it towards rafe's truck. He opened the door for the girl and got into the drivers seat.
"I had fun. Thank you" Ophelia smiled at him.
"So did I. We should do it again sometime" he smiled.
"Definitely" she replied.

"Um- can I have your number." He asked nervously.
"Sure." Ophelia smiled and got out a piece of paper and a pen. She wrote down her number and put it in Rafe's cup holder.
"There you go" she smiled.
"Thanks" he smiled back. They both say I'm silence while rafe drove. It wasn't an awkward silence, more so comfortable. She noticed how well they both connected.
