"Just get into the house before the walkers catch us." I whispered, with panic in my voice as I shoved the guys into an open window.
"Ok, ok, I'm going." Trevor whispered as he climbed into the window. Connor climbed in after and I went in after Connor.
I closed the window quietly and locked it. I shut the curtains and took a deep breath.
I turned around and saw Carter pointing a pistol at us.
"What are you guys doing here? How did you find us?" Carter asked, coming a bit closer.
"There's a herd of walkers passing by, and we never meant to find you guys." Connor whispered, loud enough for Carter to hear.
Nash and Shawn came down the stairs and gave us glares.
"What are you guys doing here? How did you find us? Where's the rest of your group?" They asked us, coming down the stairs as they did.
"There's a herd a walkers passing by and we didn't mean to find you..." Trevor whispered, not wanting to talk about the incident.
"They died." I said, looking down at the ground.
"Anyway, you guys just left me down here! Without evening trying to wake me up, what kind of friends are you?" Carter whispered angrily at Nash and Shawn.
They had embarrassed looks on their faces and continued the conversation.
"So after the herd clears, you guys can get back on the r-" Nash said, but I interrupted him.
"'That's what I was also gonna talk about. I was wondering if we could stay?" I said, hoping in my mind he would at least consider the idea.
Nash, Shawn and Carter talked about the idea while Trevor, Connor and I, huddled up to talk about what they were gonna say.
"You think they're gonna let us stay?" I whispered worriedly. "I think so without JC and Sam, the won't think we're violent." Connor whispered. "And without Kian they won't think we'll try something really stupid." Trevor whispered.
"We'll always try something stupid." I whispered. "But not as stupid as Kian." Connor whispered.
I rolled my eyes and looked over Trevor's shoulder and saw that they were finishing up their conversation.
"Ok, so, we decided that, you guys could stay, but that doesn't mean you guys have a permanent spot." Nash said, crossing his arms.
We all smiled at each other and thanked them.
"But you guys are gonna sleep in another room. Probably Frankie's room." Carter said, putting his gun in the back of his pants.
"Who's Frankie?" Sam asked. "Ariana's brother. Don't know who Ariana Grande is?" Carter asked annoyed.
"Wait, this is Ariana's Grande's house?!?" I asked excitedly. "Yeah, but some guys came and took her. They said to give up one of the girls or the house. She volunteered." Shawn spoke.
"Oh." We said softly. "Well I guess we better get settled." I said, adjusting my book-bag straps.
"I'll take you to your room." 'Shawn said, leading us upstairs, to our room of course.
Shawn
"Here's your room." I said, opening a white door. "Make yourselves comfortable." I said, leaving the door open.
"Wait. There's only one bed here." Connor said sitting on Frankie's bed. "Solve the problem." I told them, leaving and going into the room the guys are sleeping in.
