Dubai made her way down to the museum, feeling somewhat recharged from taking a small rest to let her wounds heal. She furrowed her brows as she heard clapping. She then found the hostages clapping while Rio and Tokyo trying to force them to stop only failing.
Dubai not having an ounce of patience left took out her pistol in annoyance. She shot bullets towards Arturo's and Mercedes' foot, intentionally missing. This caused everybody to stop and cower down in fear.
"Everybody sit down!" bellowed Dubai, her voice filled with anger.
Everybody but Mercedes did what Dubai had told them to. Dubai clenched her jaw as she approached Mercedes who was failing at keeping a brave face on.
"Don't make me tell you twice," Dubai threatened, glaring at her.
Mercedes hesitated but ended up obeying Dubai, afraid of what the woman is capable of if she were to keep resisting. Dubai then walked over to Arturo. Her glare burned right through him as he tried avoiding her gaze. She crouched down to reach his level.
"I know you had something to do from last night's shit show, Arturo. Just like how I know that you were the one who told Monica to grab your phone from day one. You're lucky I can't prove last night was your doing because if I did, you'd find yourself begging me to kill you. You're on strike two. I dare you to try reaching strike three. I wouldn't mind getting my hands dirty," Dubai threatened with a sinister smirk.
Every inch of Arturo's face was covered in fear.

Dubai joined Kingston, Berlin, Tokyo, Helsinki, Rio, and Nairobi with checking up on Oslo's wellbeing. Unfortunately, unlike Dubai, Oslo didn't recover from the head injury that he acquired from last night's chaotic events.
Kingston shook his head as he finished checking up on Oslo.
"He's unresponsive. I've seen these types of head injury and I can guarantee its brain damage that's irreversible," frowned Kingston.
"He can still have a chance. We have to take him to a hospital," said Nairobi.
