"Her name is Elena, which means light. Because I had her during the darkest time of my life and she's the only reason why I'm not dead or have lost my mind."
Within just a span of 10 minutes, everything turned into shambles. Denver and Helsinki carried Arturo who was shot in the shoulder by a sniper. Dubai rolled in a steel table while Tokyo grabbed the medical supplies. Denver explained to Dubai what had happened as she started helping Kingston treat Arturo's wound.

[Flashback]
Dubai stood in between Nairobi and Berlin as they watched the Professor demonstrating basic anatomy by drawing on Rio's topless body.
"Wait, wait, wait," interrupted Denver.
"You want us to learn how to be a medic with some markers?" he asked in disbelief.
Dubai shuddered a bit just remembering the time she was first taught how to treat bullet wounds. The way her father made her watch their personal surgeon perform a surgery with no context whatsoever. The next day, Vincenzo shot her dog on the leg and told her to perform the surgery on him.
Young Dubai managed to take the bullet out but it wasn't enough to save her dog's life. The next day, her father then shot her younger brother on the leg and told her to perform surgery on him. Young Dubai succeeded but she will never forget how the knowledge of anatomy engraved in her mind under those traumatic circumstances.
"If you get shot, you can't go to a hospital. You handle it yourselves,," explained the Professor.
"This is fucking suicide," interjected Denver.
Moscow tried getting his son to stop but Denver continued. "It's one thing to be stuck in that rat trap. Dying's something else."
"Denver, he's teaching you how to remove a bullet. This isn't brain injury," Berlin pointed out.
"It's not that hard. You take the pliers, grab the bullet, yank it out," Nairobi claimed confidently.
