"Doesn't like- wealthy people live there? Y'know...people who have good money?" Sage looks at Bane as the boy shrugs "I mean... if that's what you think." The boys arrive at the main entrance, Bane taking his keys out and inserting one into the slot, suddenly stopping and looking at Sage. "Put that out." "What?" Bane rolls his eyes as he snatched the cigarette out of the boy's mouth, throwing it to the ground and stepping on it. Sage just heavily sighing as Bane opens the door and walks in, Sage close behind him. "So...you like, live here?" Bane pushes the elevator button, nodding in response "Yep, I'm your version of "wealthy" whatever that means." Sage gets distracted while looking around the lobby, the white tile floor with gold between them, the big welcome mat at the front, the elegant patterns on the walls, Sage then suddenly feels a hand grab the back of his jacket, pulling him into the empty elevator. Bane puts his face in the crook of the boy's neck, then pulling away "Fuck...you smell like cigarettes." Sage just looks at him blankly "Yeah, well no shit-" "Just try not to get to close to my mum, and don't say anything stupid, and please, have some sort of manners and respect." Sage just nods at Bane's rules. Looking at the button panel, he sees that they are rising to the top floor, Bane grabbing another key, this one being gold with a nice crown base. The doors open and Sage follows Bane down the long hall, the last door, Bane inserts the key into the lock, stopping to look Sage up and down before letting out a heavy sigh "yeah no..there's no saving that." Sage quickly looks down at himself as Bane turns the key and pushes open the door, holding it for Sage to walk in, listening to his sneakers hit the shiny hardwood floor of Bane's living room. The door shuts and a small middle aged woman appears. "Oh honey your finally home!" Bane goes and hugs his mother before she makes eye contact with the boy "A-and you've brought a friend over.." Her eyes slowly scan Sage's body, dirty converse, black ripped jeans, a black hoodie and a black leather jacket over it, along with a silver chain on his neck, only stopping at his collar bone..then looking up at his cut up lips and his red and black split dyed hair. Her eyes digging into the boy's soul, he can feel the internal judgement she is storing upon him. "Y-yeah! Mom this is my friend Sa-" "Sage!" The boy interrupts Bane, putting his hand out to shake hers. "I'm Sage, So glad to finally meet you, Mrs...." "Verlice, Mrs.Verlice." The woman responds, taking Sage's hand while nodding. "I was at his house after school, and since I was with him I wanted to bring him here to meet you and dad." Bane gives his mother a sweet little smile before taking Sage's hand and leading him to his room. Going in and closing the door Bane looks at Sage's sneakers, "Take those off before stepping ANY further into my room, I don't want you to fuck up my carpet." Sage raises his eyebrows for that was the first time he has heard this kid cuss, pulling off his jacket, and his shoes, one at a time feeling Bane's soft tan carpet under his feet. Looking around the room he can see how different it is compared to his own, a bookshelf full of all types of novels and stories, a desk that holds a lamp, an Ipad, and a notebook. His bed is neatly made, flat and clean, shelves full of academic awards Sage could never get even if he had tried. This kid was really the perfect child, the kid every parent has ever wanted, has ever wished for. "Whoa....so neat...so clean...so fresh...not a single pair of dirty laundry in sight." Bane nods "Yeah, I have to keep it clean at all times, its good for the brain when you know where everything is." Sage just walks around the boys room aimlessly, staring at everything as if he has never been in such a clean room before. So much space to walk around in, no fear of kicking anything over or breaking something, you can walk with zero worries and it feels amazing. Bane just watched Sage admire his room like a child while smiling and shaking his head, sliding open his closet and setting his bag in there, he closes it and sits at his desk quietly while Sage takes a seat on his bed. "Ah, so this is what the infamous Mr.Verlice lives liikkeee." "Yeah Yeah Yeah, very funny, whats your last name then." Bane stares at Sage as Sage just sits there silently, debating if he should tell him or not. "Stoll." Bane tilts his head as his eyebrows slowly come together "W-What..?" Sage rolls his eyes at this while letting out a heavy breath, for he hates having to repeat himself, never-mind having to repeat the name his father had passed down to him. "Stoll. Sage Stoll" Bane nods his head and turns in his chair, turning on his Ipad while Sage just plays with little trinkets he found while being nosy and not minding his business. Hours pass by and Bane is seen dozing off in his chair, his drawing pen falling from his hand, hitting the desk and rolling onto the floor with a soft thud. Sage sees this and walks up to him, placing his ice cold hands onto his shoulder Bane jumps and turns so fast "You were so quiet I forgot you were even here..." "Bane. Take your ass to bed, your about to pass the fuck out." Bane just rises to his feet stumbling to his bed, messily taking his shirt off, throwing it onto the floor before throwing himself on the bed, falling asleep the moment his head made contact with his pillow. Sage just stands there wondering what the fuck just happened, "Bane...? Bane!" hes knocked out cold. Kneeling on the bed next to him, leaning over him, placing his cold hands onto Bane's bare back, seeing his eyes closed, hes out like a light, Sage then backs away and sits down, letting out a heavy sigh. Should he stay..? Should he leave...? But if he does stay....Does he sleep on the floor..? Does he just sleep next to him...? Sage has never been put into a situation like this, his head running on and on thinking about possible solutions. Since he is already sitting next to him he just lays back, crossing his arms and closing his eyes, what a weird and awkward situation Bane has put him in, why didnt he just say anything, why didn't he just head to bed, he just was working on..some sort of art till he passed out. Talking to himself in his thoughts, soon letting his tiredness consume him, everything going blank for Sage.
