"What do you want to do today?", Sophie asked me, as I dug into my pancakes.

"I don't know. I've finished some last minute things I needed to do before the album comes out.", I shrugged, before taking a sip of orange juice.

"I have a pop up thing tomorrow where people can buy it on vinyl or cd, and I can sign them."

"That sounds fun. So what time do you have to be up for it?", she asked, taking a sip of her water.

"I'll be up at midnight when it drops, and then the signing is at 1:30, and ends at 3:45, so I'll get up by 12:15/12:30.", I replied.

"I'm so excited to finally get this out. And then after the publicity expands, I go on tour in spring.", I smiled.

"And I'm happy for you. You're 14, and this time next year, you'll be traveling America.", she kissed my forehead, going into the living room.

My parents dropped me off here, saying they had some last minute plans for tomorrow.

As I finished putting the dishes into the dishwasher, I went to play with the dogs.

"Hey Ash, wanna go out for a bit? I don't wanna have you sitting in here until your parents come back.", Joe suggested.

"Sure. Can you teach me how to drive?", I asked.

"You'd have to ask your mom first.", he shrugged.

A: can i drive Joe's car?

D: do you have the money to repair it in the likely event that you crash it?

A: you know what, I don't. nevermind.

"Changed my mind. You're driving.", I smiled, making Joe laugh, as we walked outside to his car.

We got in his Aston Martin, as we drove to the mall.

"Where to first?", he asked.

"Starbucks, then can we go to H&M?", I replied.

"Wherever you want. Don't even worry about it.", Joe smiled, putting an arm around me as we went to Starbucks.

Joe was like that carefree uncle who still cared about people's feelings.

Yeah, he was pretty wild, but ever since he met Sophie, he's been a better person.

I bought a pink drink, and Joe got a regular coffee.

We spent the entire evening at the mall, up until 7:30, when I got tired from the amount of things I had bought.

We went to at least 10 stores total, and God knows how much poor Joe had to spend on me.

As we pulled into the driveway, I yawned, ready for my parents to come pick me up so I could sleep.

I stumbled inside, frightened when I heard a yell.

"Surprise!", voices all around me shouted.

My hands flew to my mouth as I saw all the celebrities there.

Halsey, Justin, Dua, Miley, Noah, Demi.

How did my uncles feel with their ex girlfriend's being in their presence?

I hugged everyone, handing my bags to Joe.

"Oh my god, you're amazing.", the other Ashley said, hugging me.

"That might be more you than me.", I replied.

We ate cake and hung out for a bit, until it was 11:57.

"Speech, speech!", everyone chanted.

"Okay, okay. I'd deeply like to thank all of you for helping me with this amazing album. It wouldn't be possible without you all. Here's to Flying To Fall!", I cheered, making everyone cheer in response.

And in a matter of minutes, I was known as ASHLYN.

Not Ashley, but Ashlyn.
