The first day of the Flying Tour.
I was up at the asscrack of dawn, because the buses were coming at 4:45.
As I tried not to fall asleep on the couch in the living room, I began scrolling through Twitter.
Everyone was freaking out about getting to see me.
Oh, I forgot to mention that the whole tour sold out.
Our first show is at Madison Square Garden, and it's going to be great.
The bus pulled up at the house, and I tiredly dragged my suitcase as I found my bunk.
"I'm going back to sleep, wake me up never.", I yawned, taking off my shoes.
Dad laughed.
"Good night to you too, lovebug.", he said.
I actually fell asleep, until dad woke me up.
"We're gonna get breakfast, cmon.", he said.
We were at IHOP, and I ordered a full stack of pancakes.
"To the Flying tour.", Dad cheered.
We all clinked our coffee mugs together as we drank the drinks.
Aidan couldn't make it yet because he had filming for his new Netflix show, and he had school.
We got back on the bus, dad and I playing our guitars on our way to the venue.
"You ready to dust off your guitar fingers, father dearest?", I asked, putting in my ear pieces for soundcheck.
"I'm praying for my fingertips, but sure.", he replied.
Before starting with my own songs, I have to play one song to get me in the right mindset.
"Dad, you know the chords to Burnin' Up, right?", I asked.
"Memorized front and back.", he replied.
"Perfect.", I smiled.
(her voice is like a mixture of taylor and ariana with a sprinkle of olivia)
Dad was in shock by the end.
"You went higher than the actual song!", he exclaimed.
"I am a Jonas, aren't I? It runs in my blood.", I replied.
"But you're also 15 years old with a very high lung capacity. Impressive.", dad patted my shoulder.
I went through the rest of soundcheck pretty quickly, until it was time to get ready.
