I ran as fast as I could as the Jabberjay's screamed with Prim's scared voice, my heart beated and felt as if it was going to pump out of my chest. My panic sense rose when I heard the screams get louder and they sounded more desperate, she sound as if she was in so much pain. Gale's, Johanna's , Peeta's and Finnick's voices all be began to scream as I ran but couldn't find the source.

" Katniss! Please help!" Johanna's voice screamed, and the sound got closer meaning I could hopefully end the screaming

" Ms Everdeen isn't this a sight" Snow stood with each of them tied to chairs, with peacekeepers standing behind them with weapons and whips.

" Please let them go!" I panicked and he chuckled at my emotions

" oh but Ms Everdeen, you did this, you put them here not me"  he said and a peacekeeper tighten a grip on Gale's neck strangling him

" STOP PLEASE!" I roared and looked towards Johanna and Prim who looked at me with eyes that were filled with fear, a look I've never seen on each of them

" you done this Mockingjay! GIRL ON FIRE!"

I jolted awake and screamed is released from my throat as gun shots fired in my dream. I begin to hyperventilate badly as the tears continued to roll down my face, seeing every single one of them lined up hit me harder than any other dream, usually it's one or two people, but know its all five.

I decided I couldn't stay in this bed and headed out of my room, even though it's not acceptable to do so, I couldn't help myself though, I needed to take my mind off of everything.

I have no control on were my feet are taking me up I end up at the hospital quarters again, I wasn't even pushing myself to go here but it's like my body wanted me to be here. You can't fight what the body wants.

I don't know why I was so drawn back to Johanna's room, usually when I'd have a nightmare Peeta would've been the one to run into me and comfort me, but know I fear that he would be happy to hear these screams as if he was the one to produce them.

" Jo?" I called as I knocked but no answer

" Johanna" I called again and she turned to me and I could see she rolled her eyes

" hello Brainless, couldn't stay away?" she said and I kept my head low

" you gonna come in or what?" She snapped and I stepped in lifting my head exposing my raw and puffy eyes along with an injured lip from biting it out of anxiety

" hey what happened?" She asked, her voice lacing with concern

" I-I had a nightmare, I'm sorry for coming here" I said and she shook her head

" don't worry about it, I knew I could hear screams but I wasn't sure who they belonged to. Your eyes, how long were you crying for?" She asked and I shrugged in response

" you wanna talk about it? My head doctor says it good to talk" she offered

" no I can't, I don't want to think about it anymore" I croaked out not letting my eyes leave her eyes

" ok, that's ok you don't have to, come on" she said and I followed her towards her hospital bed

I've never seen this side of Johanna before, a soft, gentle Side of her. Usually all everyone would see was the girl she had always pushed forward. The bratty, shutoff and sarcastic girl, when actually she has a soft side. She could've told me to leave her alone and deal with it myself but she didn't.

" I've had some bad nightmares too, everyone who I know is alive and dead has been in them. They aren't nice" she whispered as we laid together, body pressing against each other because of the bed size

" this one was different" I let out in a semi whispered turning to face Johanna

" how so?" She asked me and I let out a sigh of fear and sadness

" al-all of you lined up to be killed, because of me, because I'm the mockingjay. Finnick, Peeta, Gale, Prim and You, all because of me. I fucking did that" I spat angrily but also mixed with tears and sadness

" we are all ok, I promise. Prim's ok she's sleeping with your mom she's safe, Gale's with his brothers, Finnicks with Annie, Peeta's where he always is and I'm here with you. Nothing has happened, it's just a nightmare ok" she said and I nodded and felt my eyes getting heavy again

" good night Jo"

" night Brainless"

I awoke forgetting what had happened the night before hand, when I went to sleep last night I wouldn't of expected to wake up curled beside Johanna Mason after having an extreme nightmare.

" morning Brainless, what a way to wake up" she said in a sarcastic tone, there's the old Johanna

" hey" is all I said rubbing the sleep out of my eyes

" Um thanks for letting me stay here last night, I didn't have another nightmare" I said and slightly smiled

" don't worry about it, helped me sleep through the night also. Benefited the both of us Everdeen" she said and I grabbed my sleep jumper from the floor and threw it over my head

" you twitched a few times last night, nothing major" she said and handed me some water

" you scared me the first time Brainless, but then I heard whimpers coming from you so I suspected it was just your recovery" she said and I smiled slightly

" thank you Johanna honestly, I like this new founded softer side of you, she should stay around more often" I said and she scoffed

" don't start brainless cause I'll snap back into normal Johanna Mason in a second flat, believe me I don't think she'd like Katniss Everdeen knowing she has a softer side" she said and smirked causing my cheeks to flush as I walked towards the front door to leave

" why? What does she think Katniss Everdeen would do?" I asked referring to her in third person

" it's not what Katniss would do, it's what Johanna wants to do" she said and opened the door

" and what does Johanna want to do?"

" hey now, that's a secret worth keeping Brainless"
