I jolted awake to realise I was in the hospital. But that didn't last long because I drifted back into another drug induced sleep.

It must've been a couple hours later because I finally felt myself regaining my consciousness, when I woke up and scene my mom, Haymitch and Johanna sitting in the hospital room. Johanna lightly held my hand, mom was bandaged my wounds and Haymitch looked as if he was in daze

" Katniss relax don't try and get up" Johanna said and kept grip on my shoulder

" Prim, mom Prim" I said and she couldn't even make eye contact with me, she was gone

" the bombs killed ever nurse, doctor and child who was in the block" Haymitch said and the tears began to trickle down my face

" wh-why was she there? She's not even a proper nurse" I asked and looked frantically around the room

" Coin wanted as many nurses there as possible, I had an bad argument with her about it and she wouldn't listen to me" Johanna said and I gave her a thankful look

But I was angry, very angry.

" I remember the first time I brought you here" effie said as we entered Snows mansion

" let's go to your room, Johanna's room is right next door like I requested" Effie said and I smiled at her and she walked away

She let me in and the room was huge, a huge bed that takes up most to the back wall. This room was ridiculously big.

" hey baby" Johanna said as she entered the room and finally after so long was able to give me a hug

" god I missed you" I said and tucked my head into her neck

" I was like a married wife waiting for her husband to return home from war when you were gone" she said and I smiled into her embrace

" I'm happy you didn't come, we were underground and there was a lot of sewers. God it was awful" I said and sat down

" coin made me and Annie sit and watch it, she showed us the clips of you almost dying and Finnick dying. She didn't need to do that, I had the worst nightmare that night" she said and I sat their angrily

" why the fuck would she do that?" I asked and she shrugged

" she probably wanted to make my life more of a living hell when you were away" she said and I shook my head

" she's a bitch" I said and moved closer to her lips which she happily accepted kissing me back straight away

" something needs to be done" She said and raised an eyebrow

" what do you mean?" I asked

" I over heard coin talking, she wants to have a symbolic hunger games with the capitals children. She is most likely going to announce it, I'll have to act like I'm all for it or she'll be suspicious" she said and I nodded

" I knew I couldn't trust her, she's just as bad as him" I said and she sighed but looked even sadder

" she let off those bombs Gale and Beetee helped , not snow " she said and my body filled with anger

" and what you only decide to tell me now?!" I snapped and she held up her hands

" Katniss I know I should've told you sooner but I couldn't tell you when you were in the hospital!" She yelled and I rolled my eyes

" I can't fucking believe this!" I said and aggressively threw a cup across the room making Johanna jump

" I'm gonna kill her Johanna"

The door opened and in walked Gale, my angry arose as soon as I seen his face.

" hey Katniss, Hi Johanna" he said and Johanna ignored him jumping onto my bed

" hello" is all I said blankly sitting on a chair

" did you set them bombs?" I asked and stared at him

" did you?" I asked again more aggressively

" answer her!" Johanna called

" yes, but I didn't know Prim was going to be there" he said and I laughed

" so you were willing to blow up innocent children! They haven't done anything to deserve to me murdered in cold blood" I said and he looked at his feet

" get out" I said coldly and he nodded and turned around and left my room without speaking another word like a coward he is.

Coin decides to throw a meeting with all the alive victors and I know exactly what it's going to be about, as well as this Snow's execution is today which I came assume many of us are excited for.

" I've brought you all here to speak about an idea that I've had" Coin said and everyone listen attentively expect for me and Johanna. We knew what was coming

" as you all know Snow is going to be executed today by our mockingjay, and I will become Pamens temporary president" she said and Haymitch chuckled

" Temporary?"

" yes, well everyone would be too distracted to cast a vote this early, but of course an official election will take place when the time is right" she said and I played with the skin on my fingers

" I would like to propose an idea, I want to hold one last hunger games, a symbolic hunger games" she said and Johanna laughed playing her act

" you want to have a hunger games with the capitals children?" Johanna asked and she nodded

" your kidding right?" Peeta asked

" not in the slightest, I'm going to leave it down to your votes" she said and looked at all us

" well I vote yes, Snow has a granddaughter" Johanna said and crossed her arms

" no way, this type of talk is what caused these revolutions in the first place, I vote no" Peeta said sternly

" well I vote yes, let them have a taste" enobaria said and flashed her sharpened smile

" I vote no, and so would finnick" Annie said sadly and my heart sunk

" down to Haymitch and Katniss" she said and I looked up and her about to give her false hope

" Yes, for Prim" I said and didn't break eye contact with her

" I'm with the mockingjay" Haymitch said as she smiled

" so it's settled, I'll announce the games after the execution" she said and stood up to leave

" nice acting Brainless, now kill that son of a bitch, let the rebels deal with Snow" Johanna whispered in my ear as we left

" oh believe me, there'll be no announcement"
