3rd Person's POV: Haru was walking with Hana and Asami to their next class, P.E; which also happens to be Haru's least favorite class. "How come you hate P.E Haru?" asked Asami "Because of two reasons. Reason one is that when we change into our gym clothes, I always receive stares from the other boys and it really creeps me out. Reason two is that P.E would be a time to for boys to show off their muscles, something that I definitely lack." said Haru as he crossed his arms in frustration "Don't be sad Haru. While you may not be as muscular as the other boys, that doesn't hinder the fact you're a pretty good athlete." said Hana in an effort to cheer up her friend, which worked a little. "You know Haru, if you want, I could always ask my father to build a private changing room so you don't have to worry about stares." said Asami "Um... Thanks Asami but I don't think that's necessary. I don't want to be given special treatment just because my body isn't like a boy's." "If you say so but the offer is always open." After arriving at the gym, Haru walked into the locker and immediately received stares from other boys. 'Here we go again.' thought Haru as he walked to his locker and started to undress. As he took off his blazer and started to unbutton his shirt, he the felt several stares of the other boys on him. "Is there something wrong?" asked Haru as he turned his head with an annoyed look on his face; which made the other boys look away immediately.
(author's note: the gym of Toyama Academy is much bigger than normal gyms)
'I swear, why does this happen every time I change my clothes?" thought Haru to himself as he continued to change into his gym clothes, doing his best to ignore the stares. After he was done changing, Haru raced out of the changing room and and waited with Hana and Asami. "You still want a private changing room?" asked Asami smugly "No but thanks for the offer." The rest of students came out just as Coach Hayashi appeared before them; along with a group a older students. *FWEEET!* "Ok everyone, I have something to tell you before we start. We're going to be sharing the court with the sports club as they have to practice for an upcoming game. So the sports club will practice on that side of the gym while we'll play on this side alright!" shouted out Coach Hayashi "Yes Coach Hayashi!" "Good! Now we're going to play basketball. I'll pick captains and let them pick out the rest of the team." As the first years were starting their game, the sports club members were practicing while some of the girls were talking about something. "This is really bad." said a girl with a low ponytail "Without her, we won't be able to compete." said a girl with a bunny hair clip. "Hey what are you guys doing?" said a random voice which caused the girls to turn around and see their club president, Kanako Matsumi. "Oh hi captain." said a girl with fluffy hair "What's matter? Why aren't you practicing with us?" asked Kanako with concern for her teammates/members.
"It's Misao, we found out that she's into a small accident that injured her leg and now she won't be able to attend the game." said ponytail girl "What?! On no, if we don't find a stand in for Misao, we'll be force to disqualified for not having enough players." "What are we gonna do captain?" asked bunny clip girl "I'm not sure but I know things will work out. You know the old saying, when there's a will, there's a way. We just need to find that will." Meanwhile on the other side of the gym, Haru was watching the students play with the girls. "This game is pretty boring." said Asami "Yeah no one on team A has scored a point." said Haru "You know Haru, if you were on that team, you would be able to help them." said Hana "Really?" "Yeah, Haru is really good at a lot sports, a lot of other students would try and pick him first so they could have a higher chance of winning." "Come on Hana, you're exaggerating, I'm a decent player." *THUD* The trio looked up and saw a player had fallen and with the pained expression on his face, he hurt himself badly. "Coach! Tsukasa hurt himself." said one of the players as Coach Hayashi raced over to the Tsukasa. "I'll take him to the nurses office, for now, uh, Haru! You'll play in place of Tsukasa." said Coach Hayashi as she put Tsukasa on her back and left for the nurses office. "Well now's your chance to shine Haru." said Asami "Guess it is. Time to play." said Haru as he stood and walked onto the court; whereupon he was give the jersey that Tsukasa had. "Do you best Haru!" shouted out Hana.
