——————————————————————————3rd Person's POV: It was a normal day at Toyama and Haru, Hana and Asami were invited to have lunch with Chiyoko and Kanako but as the trio was heading outside, a girl bumped into Haru, causing them both to fall to the ground. "Ouch! That hurt." said the girl "Oh, sorry about that." said Haru as he stood up and helped the girl up "No it's fine. Anyways, I gotta go, so see y'all later." The girl ran off leaving, allowing the trio to continue to their destination. When they met up with Chiyoko and Kanako, they sat together and ate lunch but while eating, Haru mentioned the girl he happened to bump into. "Wait, was the girl short?" asked Chiyoko "Yeah. And she had short pink hair and pink eyes." said Haru "Ah! You must of bumped into Megumi." said Kanako "Megumi?" "Yeah. Megumi Nakada, she's in my class and has to be the smallest high schooler I've ever seen." "You're right about that President. There was a time I accidentally mistook her for an elementary student." "I see. Well, if I see a small pink haired girl around, I'll know it's Megumi and not a lost kid." said Haru jokily, which made the others chuckle a little before they continued on with their lunch until it was time to go back to class.

The next day, Haru was walking down the hallway when he heard something up ahead. Peeking around the corner, he saw Megumi and a group of students that looked to be third years in front of her. "So pipsqueak, did you get the food we asked for?" asked a boy with a pompadour "Yup! I got it, just like you asked." said Megumi with a happy smile on her face "Can we play now?" "Sure. The game is called 'catch the ball.' I throw this ball, you chase after it and bring back to us. Ready, go!" said a girl wearing a more revealing version of the uniform. The girl throw the ball and Megumi chased after like a dog would; while she was gone, the third years laughing and began to walk away, mocking Megumi and calling her an idiot. "I can't believe this, they're just using her." said Haru out loud as Megumi returned, only to see that the group was gone. "Where did they go? Oh well, I guess we can play another time." said Megumi in a carefree tone, which made Haru sweatdrop from what he saw. 'Maybe she doesn't realize that she's being used.' thought Haru as he walked away from the scene, deciding to not worry about the matter as it didn't concern him. Later after school, Haru was in the student council room having his pictures taken by Chiyoko; he was dressed up as a female cop with the reason being to promote safety. "Hey senpai, I have something to ask." asked Haru while doing a salute pose. "Sure Haru, what is it?" asked Chiyoko as she took the picture before telling him to put his foot on a nearby chair.

"Well, it's about Megumi. Does she have any friends?" "Why are you asking?" "Was just curious." "Well to answer your question, not really. I have seen her talk to some of our classmates but I don't think she has friends to hang out with." "Really?" "Yeah and I think the reason is because of her looks and attitude, many people don't really take her seriously and aren't interested in becoming her friend." "I see." "Why were you asking?" "Well, it's just that, I was thinking of being friends with Megumi." "That's very nice but be warned Haru, Megumi is a bundle of energy." "Thanks for the heads up senpai but I think I can handle myself." After they done, Haru changed into normal clothes and left to go home but while walking, he was thinking. 'What's on your mind Haru?" asked Yuki as she rested on his shoulder 'Oh, nothing. At least nothing big.' replied Haru as continued to walk home. The next day at school, Haru was able to come across Megumi in the hallway and stopped to talk to her. "Um excuse me?" spoke out Haru "Yes? Wait you're that underclassman I crashed into the other day. Sorry about that." said Megumi as she rubbed her head in embarrassment "It's fine but I was wondering if you were interested in having lunch with me and my friends today." Megumi gave Haru a looked he couldn't quite describe. "You not trying to play a trick on me, are you?" "What, no of course not." "Well... I'll be sure to see at lunch. See ya later!" Megumi patted Haru hard on the back, causing him to stumble a bit. "I wonder why she acted suspicious of me." thought out loud Haru before walking away.
