Nandini walks upstairs and sees everyone sitting in a circle with manik in the middle.

He said and yanked maniks arm but there was no reaction. Seeing this nandini wipes her tears and walked in
Nandini: guys khana bhuk lagi hai
everyone looked at her all weird
Nandini: kya hua
cabir: tu thik hai na woh veebha
nandini: ya ya don't worry ill take care of her she is a weird one bhai
this made cabir and abhi both laugh
Mukti: why are you guys laughing
Cabir: arey you should have seen her downstairs with veebha hahaha man she rocked

she said kissing Nandini's temple
Nandini: I got kaka to get everyones food in your guys room but muku di ap kaka ko bol do to bring it here. we can have it together
muku: of course love ill be back
she said running out
Cabir: nandu, manik
he said looking at manik and nandini nodded
Nandini: manik chalo I got you noodles your favourite
she said sitting next to him and he was still staring at his hands
Nandini: manik look na it looks yummy
she said showing the bowl but he didn't look so she kept the tray on the night stand and turned towards him.
Cabir: guys lets go put on our pjs and come back here with food and we can have sleepover in Manan's room.
Hearing this everyone nodded and left for a few minutes to give them time. Cabir looked at nandini and eyed her to come outside so she did.
Cabir: doll listen you have to make him respond or he is gonna get a panic attack or lash out in anger
Nandini: panic attack, wait has he had one before
she asked looking shocked
Cabir: he has twice and it was not something I dont wanna see again he loses everything. Just be with him and make him somehow respond and if he lashes out then that's better because that manik gets better within hours but if you can't by the time we come back we can definitely help. I am asking you because he responded to you downstairs
Nandini: its okay bhai you don't have to ask and listen na get me chocolate
Cabir: Choti ek tu hi hai jo itnai serious situation man chocolate mang sakti hai
Nandini: arey I am amazing now go na
Hearing her Cabir chuckled and left. Nandini turned back and didn't see Manik on the bed. She went inside but couldn't find him anywhere not even in the balcony scaring her.
nandini: manik
she called but hearing no reply she looked down in the backyard that was visible from their balcony and nothing. Not a single sign of manik. She was about to run out of the room but she heard something from the bathroom. She quickly went to the bathroom and once she pushed the door open what she saw made her blue.
She saw maniks wrist bleeding and the whole bathroom was a mess. There was a razor on the floor which manik was about to step over but she was quick enough to grab it before it hurt him. She walked to manik and grabbed him.
Nandini: manik stop
Manik: let go of me and get out
Nandini: no absolutely not come out with me
she said yanking at his arm but clearly he didn't even move
Manik: nandini stop it
he said shaking his arm which made Nandini's arm fall from his but the stubborn nandini did not care and held his arm again
Nandini: manik stop it I'm serious and how did you end up getting these cuts
she said pointing at his wrist but manik didn't say anything
nandini: manik chalo
she said grabbing him and trying to make him move
manik: FUCK OFF NANDINI
nandini: i will not, now come out
she said pushing him but he pushed her back this time
manik: I SAID LEAVE
nandini: manik
manik: I SAID LEAVE NANDINI BEFORE I END UP SAYING THINGS OUT OF ANGER
nandini: IF I LEAVE I WILL NOT COME BACK IM TELLING YOU
she said yelling and hearing those words worked like magic for manik. he got out of the bathroom and sat on the bed staring at his hands. seeing him go out nandini followed him and grabbed the first aid box. She sat infront of him and started cleaning his wrist and bandaging it. It scared her seeing him so expressionless and not even flinch at those deep wounds.
Once she was done she put the first aid kit away and sat beside him holding his hands caressing his wounds and moved his chin up to make him face her
Nandini: kya hua merai mani ko
Seeing her he just stared in her eyes.
Nandini: baby you can't be weak. look you have everyone here with you. You didn't do anything wrong. Talk to me manik please
hearing her plead he closed his eyes and made a fist to control himself
Nandini: manik dont do that, I'm right here it'll be fine. look at me manik
she said and manik didn't he just closed his fist tighter. seeing this nandini held his hands
Nandini: MANIK MALHOTRA DONT DO THAT OR I WILL HURT MYSELF TOO
hearing her yell manik immediately looked at her and tears flew from his eyes
