The Great War has began, claiming millions of life from both sides.

Eastrians, Westerians... fell to the hand of the enemy one after another.

Aquareans, skinned alive.

Valkyries, screams... eaten alive... scream.

"You can't stop the destruction. You're the reason of this chaos and destruction!".

Baekhyun woke up and gasped for air. He immediately sat up as he pants heavily. With a wet eyes from tears.

"Having nightmare, again?" The emperor asked, while standing in the balcony, without facing Baekhyun.

"Uhmm, yes, Imperial Majesty" he replied, as he wiped his tears.

Baekhyun looked outside, and it's still not dark. There's still time.

"Uh, Imperial Majesty. May I ask you... um..." Baekhyun couldn't finished his word when the emperor spoke.

"About Deigo or Sehun?" Chanyeol asked, making Baekhyun caught off guard. The boy didn't expect the emperor knew it, it's like the emperor can read through his mind.

"Deigo is not here, he's in Westeria. Same for Sehun, he's in Earthia..." Baekhyun was surprised. It feels sudden for him that his friends would just leave, without him noticing. They didn't even bother to send him a letter or something. But what surprises him the most is the fact that the emperor answered his question. Normally the emperor wouldn't answer him, he wouldn't even pay his attention to him.

"My son is going to marry the Princess of Westeria, ang my brother is betrothed to the Princess of Earthia" Chanyeol explained, without facing Baekhyun.

Baekhyun was in complete shock when he heard about Deigo. Marriage? Seriously?

He felt a sudden pang in his chest. He's supposed to be happy for Deigo, but why he felt the opposite way?

The boy didn't response, he just simply bowed his head.

Baekhyun went to the animal shelter, to see his beloved animal friends. It's been ages since he last saw them, so he missed them a lot.

He's lucky the emperor is in a good mood today, as he allowed him to visit his animals. But of course, with the other servants on his side to accompany him. The emperor doesn't want Baekhyun to do naughty things.

When he arrived, he was overwhelmed with joy when he saw them.

"Black! Mira!" Baekhyun wanted to hug them, but there's an iron bars that's separating them.
