The Gathering

It's been months since the notorious bandits disturbed some of the territory of the empire, and were eradicated and wiped out from the empire by Chanyeol himself. Now that the bandits are gone the empire is now at peace.

While in the Azure, where Baekhyun lived, is still as peaceful as the blue sky, or maybe it's only what they thought?

"Baekhyunnie, Baekhyunnie wake up" Baekhee shook Baekhyun's body to wake him up.

"Mmmhhhh... what?" Baekhyun slowly opened and rubbed his eyes.

"Whaaaat?" Baekhyun asked sleepily.

"What?! Oh my gosh Baekhyun just get up already and prepare yourself, you are not a baby anymore you're already 18 years old" Baekhee scolded his younger brother because of his lazy ass.

"But why? It's still early" Baekhyun protest because he still wanted to go back to sleep.

"Why?! Had you forgotten already? We are invited by the Eastrian Emperor to come to his birthday today, the Great Eastrian Emperor, the Great Park Chanyeol. We will finally meet in person, I can finally meet the known most handsome man in the whole world. I wish we could marry." Baekhee said dreamily as he imagine Chanyeol and herself in a wedding, and Baekhyun rolled his eyes, he knows what his sister's wild imaginations well.

Baekhee called Luhan and ordered him to prepare Baekhyun's bath, and after minutes he bathe Baekhyun and prepares Baekhyun's dress for the event.

Selene entered Chanyeol's chamber because she wanted to wished her brother a happy birthday. She looks at Chanyeol who is dressed in an elegant golden robe with a Griffin sign in its upper garment that is adorned with diamonds.

"Wow! Yeol, you look so gorgeous" Selene complimented her older brother's attire because of his stunning looks.

"As always" Chanyeol replied confidently, he knows himself well.

"Oh by the way Chanyeol, happy birthday" Selene greeted her brother with a smile.

"Thanks Selene" Chanyeol smiled, his sister is always the first one to wished him in his every birthday.

Chanyeol is very close to Selene but not to Sehun. Sehun and Chanyeol are very closed back then when they are still kids, they loved each other, they cared for each other. They were best friends, they were partners, everything is perfection in their relationship. But things didn't end up pretty well. Even perfection itself has its imperfections.

"Yeol" Selene called out Chanyeol softly. He then averted his gaze towards her and raised his eyebrow.

"About Se..." Selene didn't finish to talk when he interrupted her.

"Don't talk about him, Selene" his tone is flaming in coldness that sent a shiver down to her spine.

"But Yeol, that was a long time ago" she insisted.

"Please Selene, it's my birthday today, don't ruin my mood, please" he said while passing by her side and went outside of his chamber, leaving Selene alone.

Selene sighed in frustration, she don't know what to do and how to reconcile her brothers.

"If only mother is still alive, they would not have ended in this situation." She mumbled.
