Let the Hunt Begin

Days passed by and Baekhyun becames more familiar in the Grand Palace. He also becomes closer to the princesses as Deigo introduces him to his sisters.

It's been a week since he arrived here, but it's like he had been here for years because of how well he get along with the princesses. Well, except for one, and that is Sasha Park. She doesn't like Baekhyun, in fact she doesn't like all her siblings, she is more distant to them.

Baekhyun and Luhan were walking at the corridor, the princesses invited Baekhyun to join them in their tea party in which Baekhyun gladly accepted. As they're walking to the hallway, they encountered few people walking by and of course the guards.

"Hey, what are you doing here cursed boy?" One of the guards who is guarding the chamber, spoke with an insult and mockery in his tone. Making Baekhyun and Luhan paused on their way. The other guards burst into laughter.

"What is he talking about, Your Highness?" Luhan asked Baekhyun as he can't understand Silang.

"It's nothing, hyung" he replied softly.

"You! Stop it! Your duty is to guard, not to insult anyone, especially a guest" Deigo butted in coming from the door behind the guards. He's angry of how rude his guard is, towards his guest.

"Apologize to him, now!" he commanded, in a stern demeanour.

"But your highness..." Deigo cut him off.

"I said apologize to him now!..." Deigo raises his voice making them flinched in fear, even Baekhyun got scared too.

"Or do you want me to tell this to father" he added, with his voice full of threat. The guards immediately apologized to Baekhyun while bowing their heads.

"No, it's ok" he replied with a his usual bright smile.

The guards widened their eyes, they thought Baekhyun can't speak and understand their language.

Deigo frowned, why would Baekhyun smile at them and says that it is ok, knowing that they threw such a hurtful words towards him? But this attitude of the petite boy is making him to like Baekhyun more.

He invited Baekhyun and Luhan to get inside the chamber so they can have tea party.

"Majesty, he is alive, he's here in the palace" the man said, this time he looked in the eye of the emperor, Chanyeol on the other hand was taken aback. He expect him to be alive, but he never expected him to be here in his palace. How could I not know that he is here all this time? Chanyeol thought to himself. Before smirking mischievously.
