Short chapter cause it was a LONG one, but I split it up for drama!

I've written this chapter and the last one while doing homework, I wonder if my chem teacher is proud of how much chemistry I'm writing ;))))

God, im hilarious

The three awkwardly stood on the porch. Alex was leaning against the door, occasionally glancing between the two. Vee leaned slightly against the porch railing, fiddling with the hems of her sleeves, while Ollie sat on the floor, her legs crossed, occasionally scooting away from Vee slightly, as if she didn't trust her own instincts.

"I hear yelling," Quackity muttered awkwardly, "Figured I'd make sure everything was alright."

"How much did you hear," Vee mumbled, leaning her head back in frustration.

"Nothing specific, just a lot of commotion," Quacktity nodded sincerely.

"Did anyone else hear?" Ollie spoke, her usually vibrant voice sounding drained of all its color and personality.

Quackity glanced back towards the house awkwardly before shaking his head. "Not that I'm aware of."

Vee nodded slowly, an overwhelming silence taking over the group.

"So we can still fix this," Vee muttered softly, more to herself than anyone else.

"So," Quackity said awkwardly, his hands gesturing between the two, "What's happening here?"

"Hell if I know," Vee muttered under her breath, looking everywhere except Ollie or Quackity, refusing eye contact.

"Right," Quackity only nodded, brows furrowed in confusion, glancing towards Ollie for some kind of response, only to find the brunette staring at Vee in awe, probably not even aware she was doing so.

"You two are hopeless," Quackity half chuckled, trying to ease over the tension, a futile attempt to get more information out of the two, some kind of explanation or story.

"Tell me about it," Vee grumbled, while Ollie still gave no response, her eyes softening with a flickering sadness as she continued to allow herself to be enthralled with just everything Vee.

"I should get Iris," Quackity said, pushing himself from the door, "She'll know what to do."

"No," both the girls yelled simultaneously, Ollie immediately hopping up from her seated place on the porch to grab onto his arm, her eyes pleading.

"You can't ask me to keep this from her," he said softly, trying to reason with the two.

"Iris would instantly tell Ranboo," Vee muttered under her breath.

Quackity paused, looking between the girls, before an apologetic black aura seemed to take over his eyes. "I won't keep secrets from the people I care about."

The "unlike you" seemed at the tip of his tongue, however he simply shook his head, heading inside.

Vee stood silently, wide eyed, her hands shaking violently.

They had ruined everything. She had ruined everything.

The two looked at each other seemingly in sync, pain vibrant in both their eyes.

Ollie was the first to walk in, while Vee simply tried to calm her shaky hands, her indescribable inability to breath causing her to choke slightly.

She finally made her way inside, finding Quackity, Iris, and Ollie in the guest bedroom Iris had been staying in, the atmosphere obviously tense.

"Vee," Iris said, her voice cold, "You and I need to have a chat."
