It was Christmas, the carolers were singing, it was chilly outside and snow was falling softly, but it was warm inside. I was snuggled in my bed, body covered by two blankets, head resting on a soft pillow, and mind far away in dreamland. Then I felt something—no, someone—jump on the bed and on top of me. I was startled awake, eyes frantically searching for the threat until they landed on the pair in front of me. His jade eyes twinkled in amusement, lips quirked into a small smirk, cheeks flushed and eyebrows raised.

"What?" I asked, annoyed that he had woken me out of the dream that I seemed to have forgotten.

"It's Christmas," He stated as if it should be obvious.

"Okay," I replied, my head falling back into the pillow. I heard the faint whisper of someone counting one, two, three and I shot up. "Oh my god, it's Christmas!"

"There she is," He chuckled.

"Morning." I smiled, sheepishly, "And Merry Christmas." I threw my arms over his shoulders and kissed his cheek.

"Merry Christmas, baby." He grinned. I hopped out of bed so I could get ready for the day but not before ruffling his hair and laughing when he let out a "hey".

I was handed a Poptart when I entered the kitchen and I gave Harry a confused look, wondering where breakfast was. "Remember we're going to Zayn's place for dinner and Louis is gonna cook a lot."

I pouted, snagging another pop tart before going to the couch to watch some tv. We had all decided to have Christmas dinner at Zayn's apartment since it was bigger and Louis was obviously going to cook because he was the only one capable of actually doing so and not because he was waving a knife around as he told us that. Anyways, we were doing secret Santa and I got Liam but I also bought Harry a gift because he was my boyfriend.

I switched on the tv and turned the station to one where they were showing a Christmas movie called A Christmas Princess. Harry took a seat next to me, legs resting on my lap.

"Wow," He said, and I looked over at him, "This movie sucks but I can't stop watching."

I snorted, nodding my head in agreement, "Do you see how they try to put something purple in literally every scene, that's so weird."

"Why are most Christmas movies so bad?" He asked after a while.

"That's one question that'll never get answered, buddy."

"Did- did you just friendzone me?" He stuttered out.

"And what about it?" I asked with a teasing smile.

"Wow, I hate you," He stated, blankly.

"The feeling's mutual, sport."

"Oh my god-"

I put on my army green cargo pants, black cropped turtleneck, and black combat boots. My hair was down, it was growing quickly having reached my shoulders now. I zipped up my coat and waited for Harry to be done. When he got out of the bathroom his hair was styled in a low bun because his hair was long enough for that now. He was dressed in a yellow gingham print short sleeve button up and skinny jeans and an adorable smile was present on his lips as he showed off his dimples.
