"Sand demon kidnapped a police officer", Barry says. "A woman that I know".
"And you need my help?", Jay says.
"I need you to help us save her", Barry says. "Before something happens".
"I guess you're gonna have to trust me now, huh, kid?", Jay says.
Meanwhile in the cortex...
"We're looking for any structures that promote humidity", Jay tells the team. "Greenhouses, grow room, anything of the sort. His body will literally start to fall apart if he becomes dehydrated".
"Like dry sand", Caitlin says.
"Exactly. Sand Demon always attack on two fronts. He creates a diversion, then strike when you're distracted", Jay says.
"Okay, then what do we do?", Barry asks.
"We use your speed to get to him before the distraction can happen", Jay says.
"Jay, how do I stop somebody who can slip through my fingers?", Barry asks.
"The way, I was never able to", Jay says. "With lighting".
"Yo, are you about to pull a Zeus right now?", Cisco excitedly ask.
"What are you talking about?", Iris asks.
"Barry's gonna hurl lighting from the energy he creates when he runs", Jay says.
"Lighting plus sand equal...".
"Glass", says Barry, finishing Caitlin sentence.
"Time to learn something new, kid", says Jay.
EARTH-2
"Here you go", Tracy says.
"Thank you", Jamie says.
Tracy gives Jamie a new stack of patients who applied for the cure. Although, Jamie's happy, she can't help but think about Jesse.
"What's wrong?", Tracy asks.
"Nothing", Jamie says. "Im exhausted. Just can't wait for my day off".
"I hear you. We have new applicants everyday and don't get me wrong, it's great...".
"But sleep is also great", Jamie says.
"Yes, thank you", Tracy says.
"I have a question. You lost your husband last year....do you ever think about dating again?", Jamie asks.
"I mean, I could date. But I am an old woman. And my husband was it for me. We had our kids and grandkids", Tracy says. "If I'm being honest, I thought about it. But it just scares me, having to start over. Are you and your boyfriend okay?".
"Yeah. I just wondered. I guess, it always been in the back of my mind", Jamie says.
"Okay. Well, I gotta go. I have other co-workers making a change", Tracy says.
"Yeah, but I'm better", Jamie says. "See you later".
Jamie sits at her desk, in her lab, opens the first folder.
"Aaron Miles, 10 years old. Currently, dealing with lung cancer", Jamie reads.

"So, I hear they call you "The Scarlet Speedsrer", Jay tells Barry.
"Yeah. You?".
"Crimson Comet", Jay says. "What is it with alliteration and nicknames?".
"Hey, look, Jay, um....so thank you for all your help", Barry says. "And being so patient with me".
"Nah, anytime kid. You're a quick study", Jay says. "Took me a lot longer to learn how to toss lighting, believe me".
"I suppose I had the right teacher", Barry says.
"It's gonna be a lot harder to take down Zoom", Jay says.
"Who is this guy?", Barry asks.
"No one knows. He showed up the same time as me when I got my power", Jay says. "Killed a lot of people in my world. I spent two years tracking him down. But he was too smart, to quick. He's always one step ahead".
"You really think he just bringing these guys here to kill me?", Barry asks.
"Zoom is obsessed with destroying me", Jay says. "Now he want to destroy you. He needs to be the best. And he will do whatever it takes to ensure he's the only speedster. In any world".

"It appears while we were indeed successful in closing the singularity, there was an unfortunate side effect", Stein says.
"What are you talking about?", Barry asks.
"Using electrophotography, Cisco and I were able to search Central City for any signs of energy entering our earth from another Demi soon", Stein says. "From any "breaches", as Mr. Garrick described them".
"But of course, there isn't just one breach. There's 52 of them scattered throughout the city", Ciscos says.
"These breaches are pockets of time and space folded into and upon itself", Stein says. "But the most significant breach of all appears to be this one".
"And where exactly is that located?", Caitlin asks, as they sees a huge breach on the map.
"It's here in S.T.A.R. Labs...."
