Harrison Wells was about to give a speech at S.T.A.R Labs. There have been some rumor about the freaky things happening in Central City. Not only was he gonna discuss the night of the particle accelerator but his new design. The Next Gen Watch.

"Hello. For those of you that don't know me, my name is Harrison Wells. Today, the future has arrived. Our city has seen incredible, impossible things. They are called meta-humans - men and women - with extraordinary abilities: the ability to soar above building, to run faster than the speed of light. Unfortunately, most of the meta-humans have chosen the wrong path with these powers, a dark path. My team and I at S.T.A.R Labs are committed to keeping up with these perilous times, and so may I present to you our new line of meta-humans awareness apps?".

Everyone applauses as the design is shown on the screen next to the stage.

"This technology will allow you to instantly detect the presence of a meta-human. You'll be be instantly alerted to an approaching speedster, like Zoom or like.....".

Jay speeds in and everyone claps*

"....Flash. Welcome Flash".

"Tell them the truth, Dr. Wells. Everything that has happened to this city the past two years, is because of you. You created all us metas. You created Zoom", says Jay.

"I created Zoom?", asked Wells.

"11 hours before the first meta-sighting, an enormous blast of dark matter radiation were silently expelled beneath this lab", Jay says.

"Im sorry, Flash, I believe all this running may have scrambled you brain", Wells says.

"You take no responsibility for the wrecking your mistakes have caused. Admit it, Wells, and then maybe you can truly help me do something about it", Jay says.

"Help you, because Im the greatest tech entrepreneur of all time", Wells says.

"You're the superhero, and we would all be safe if you would do your job, and stop Zoom", Wells says.

Jay left left and Wells watch started to make noise.

"Well, I guess it's safe to say the speedster sensors work", he says.

After the speech at S.T.A.R Labs, Jessie and Jamie went to Wells office to talk, mostly to yell.

"What the hell Wells. You were supposed tell them about the particle accelerator", Jamie says.

"Well I didn't. I am respected. Admitting it or continuing to help you or your boyfriend will ruin me and my reputation", Wells says.

"God. How selfish could you get. I have stood by you, even after the mistakes you made, the lives you had changed. Now there is a maniac killing people because of you, Jay and me. You won't admit that you're wrong. My boyfriend had to call you out in your bull, but you being Harrison Wells, you had to make us hero's look bad", Jamie says.

"We are doing everything we can. We're is just asking you for help again", Jesse says.

"Iam helping. I'm letting you use S.TA.R.Labs still", Wells says, before walking away.

Since meeting Zoom a year ago, Storm and Flash partnership went away. Jamie and Jay are still dating. With everything happening with Zoom and the speed drug Jay took, they don't agree on how to handle things.

She has been dedicated to stopping Zoom and his posse. Zoom is faster then her and Jay combine. It has been a year, and nothing changed. Zoom continues to kill anyone that's not in his side. That includes those with powers and those without powers.

Jamie and Jay have faced a lot of meta-humans. And the meta-humans they have beat, we're sent to Gold Heights. But they were broken out of jail by Zoom. No matter what Zoom get what he wants.

This past year he has killed officers that were supposed to protect Central City. He ruined business. His minions have taken over everything.

A few weeks after Harrison Wells talk about his new invention, there was an incident at Central City College, where Jesse went to tutor kids that study biochemistry. Wells and Jamie were in Wells office when the news on the screen turned on.

"The Arrow of Starling City, formerly known as The Hood, has been unmasked as Robert Queen. Robert was marooned on an island when his boat went down in the Pacific, an accident that ended with the tragic death of his son Oliver. Robert Queen was thought dead when — Excuse me, Im receiving word. There has been an attack at Central City College. The science building was the focus of another meta-human attack. We are just receiving video. Please be advised, Im being told, that the footage you're about to see", says the tv reporter.

Wells grabs his phone and calls Jesse.

"Jesse, it's Dad. Can you — I just saw on the news — Just call me, all right? Let me know that's you're okay", Wells says as he leaves a voicemail.

Jamie cuts him off as soon as the new footage is showing Jesse phone on the tv. "Wells, Jesse not gonna answer the phone".

"Witness report that The Flash arrived on the scene, but not before the hostile meta-human escaped with a hostage — a female student. We have not yet ID'd her, and there is no indication as to why she has been specifically targeted".

Wells and Jamie is left speechless. Jamie then leaves the office and runs around the City. She goes into people homes, the police department, abandoned homes and apartments. She then runs back to the office out of breath. She has been running for hours trying to find Jessie. Wells sits as he waits for her. When Jamie returns she then gets up and looks at her, but she shakes her head no and starts crying. Jay then runs into S.T.A.R Labs.

"Zoom has her. Wells, Im sorry he has her", Jay says.

"No. No".

Days, weeks, a couple months have past and Jessie is still not found yet. Zoom have been taunting Central City. So one night Jay and Jamie went to fight Zoom and bring Jesse back, when hell broke loose.
