Meta-humans who joined Zoom terrorized Central City. Central City was going up in flames. Literally.

Meta-humans we attacking police, police were shooting meta-humans but it wasn't enough.

Captain of CCPD, David Singh was hit, and so were them citizens of a Central City. But the Flash was there to save them. There were hundreds of meta-humans. All from Earth-2 and some from Earth-1.

"Some people are calling it the meta-apocalypse, the days when Central City was overrun by an army with powers beyond imagination. But in these dark times, we must never forget our own strength, our own power to fight back. "We usually take these guys down one at a time, not 100 at a time", Barry says, as him and Iris walks out the elevator.

"And yet, you don't seem overwhelmed ", Iris says.

"I know we can do it", Barry says.

Cisco runs to Barry and Iris.

"Guys. You have to come see this", Cisco says.

"Cisco, what are you...Caitlin?", Barry says, as they run to the cortex.

"She's in shock", Henry says. "A little...dehydrated and malnourished, but I think she'll be fine".

"Im okay", Caitlin says.

"What happened? How did you get away?", Barry says.

"Jamie. She got Zoom to let me go", Caitlin says. "I didn't think whatever she had planned would work...I thought he would set a trap. He told us you were dead".

"Im not. I'm right here", Barry says. "We're all here, together".

"Snow. Jays not here", Wells says.

"He's gonna overrun the city. You can't stop him", Caitlin says.

"Yes, we can. Listen to me, he's not gonna succeed", Barry says. "We've got this. This is our Earth".

"You don't know that. You don't know what he is capable of", Caitlin says.

"I knew from being in the Speed Force that the universe is with us, not Zoom", Barry says. "And if the universe is with us, how could we possibly lose? Right, guys?".

"Yeah. Yeah, right", Jesse says.

"You've been through a lot. You should get some rest, come on", Barry says, taking her to get some sleep.

"You were in the Speed Force?", Caitlin asks.

"I...when you were gone. It's hard to explai, but we tried to get my powers back and when the dark matter lighting...".

Barry explained what happened as they go into he medbay. Meanwhile....the rest of the team had their own conversation.

"Okay. I'm gonna say it. Um. We don't think he's being a little too...".

"Overconfident", Iris says, agreeing with Cisco. "Yeah, maybe it was his time in the Speed Force. I mean, he's acting like he's invincible now or something".

"Yeah, like nothing fazes him anymore, which isn't...".

"Realistic, no", Wells says, finishing Henry sentence. "Somebody needs to talk to him before letting his guard down gets him hurt or worse".

"He did bring me out my coma", Jesse says. "That's bound to make someone a little overly chipper".

"Well, like I said, somebody needs to talk to him", Wells says.
