Bakugou's pov

"Thank you.. for meeting me here tonight Katsuki" Tenya says softly as I meet him outside the doors.

"Of course love" I say softly sitting on the steps besides him as I pull my jacket tighter.

"I erhm.. I want to start of by saying I love you and this is not your fault" he says softly, tapping his fingers on his trouser covered thigh.

"I love you too.. where's this going?" I ask softly, looking at him as I hold back a shiver.

"We.. need to break up" Tenya says and my eyes widen as I snap my head to looking him up and down.

"Hah!?" I exclaim in surprise.

Where's this coming from? We were fine today, so what happened?

"It.. we're close to the end of term and I wanted to leave this till after prom but Izuku said it would hurt worse to do that.. it's just how is has to be Katsuki" he says and I gulp, swallowing the lump in my throat.

"Wh-why..?" I ask, my voice shaky as the urge to sob aches in my throat.

"We've got to go out separate ways, I've got to join my families company as soon as I'm done here.. it wouldn't work out Kat, there's so much splitting us apart after this term ends" Tenya says softly and I nod slowly.

"Okay.. I.. I understand, I hope you have a nice day Iida" I say softly before getting up. I won't be able to hide the tears much longer so I must leave.

"I'm sorry, I hope we can remain friends" he says and I nod with another hard swallow before slipping back in to the warmth of the dorm building.

"Everything alright bro, you and Iida sneak off for some sexy time?" Kaminari jokes as I head back over.

"Hah.. yeah whatever Dunce" I say, forcing a smirk as I reach for my beer I left on the side.

Denki seems to exchange a smirk with Kiri as I sit the drink left in the care of these two idiots. I take a sip, shrugging it off as I continue to drink.

The night moves on, me and Iida keeping our distance which draws in some concerned reactions from our friends.

"How's the head?" Kiri asks, coming over with some pain killers and a bottle of water. "You were quite drunk last night" he then says and I hum.

"Aching.. thanks" I mumble softly before taking the pills.

"So, where's Iida this morning?" Uraraka asks and I shrug.

"Why would I know?" I ask softly, grunting in pain.

"Cause he's your boyfriend.. weren't you the one moaning in his dorm last night?" Uraraka asks softly and I furrow my eyebrows.

"He dumped me last night.." I mumble softly, sipping some more water to try and ignore the lump in my throat.

"Morning bros!" Sero exclaims as he comes in, shirtless and covered in hickeys.
