Kirishima's pov

"Happy pride" I say with a smile, sitting down in the common room after I finish sticking small pride flags around the dorms.

"Happy pride Kirishima" Momo says with a soft smile.

"Yes Kirishima, happy pride. I'm glad you feel safe enough to express yourself here" Iida says softly and I nod.

"Well, being homophobic or transphobic is just unmanly and I'm sure no one in our class is that unmanly" I say and Uraraka scoffs.

"Bakugou?" She says with a shrug as she looks up, a small lesbian flag was painted on to her cheek by Mina.

"True, kero" Tsuyu says softly and I chuckle softly to myself, knowing it's not true but why not have some fun with it.

"Oh and Mineta definitely!" Mina calls from the other side of the room where she's doing some face paint on Kota.

"Hmm.." Kaminari hums, looking to his lap as if wanting to say something but not.

"Alright. Bye ma, yes. Family dinner, this weekend. Got it, I'll be there" Mineta says as he walks through on the phone. "Okay.. I won't, do I really need to put that shit on though?" He asks, grabbing a glass to pour something into.

There's a pause as he listens to someone talk whilst pouring juice and my classmates around me talk happily, ignoring Mineta entirely.

"I know gran is gonna be there but she doesn't really care nor remember your so-called daughter.. it'll be fine ma, just say I'm more tomboy" Mineta says as he walks away.

"Why are you so sure they're anti lgbt?" I ask softly and Uraraka shrugs.

"Just arseholes aren't they?" She says and I shrug.

"Okay, since it's pride month. I would like a class trip to be planned, by you guys. I want you to look into local pride events and plan one you're gonna go to as a class. I don't want any complaints, as future heroes you should be able to work with everyone" Aizawa sensei explains and I nod slowly.

"Sensei.. what.. what if we're not comfortable with that?" Bakugou asks hesitantly.

"Deal with it. Why would it make you uncomfortable anyways?" Sensei asks and Katsuki gulps.

"I.. my parents don't know I'm gay and you need approval for trips.. I don't want them to know they're oh so perfect son won't give them biological grand babies" Katsuki explains and I hum.

"Ah.. that is tough huh. I won't send the email to your parents okay, I'll approve of this one. Any issues, you can talk to me or my husband. Our office is open, so is our dorm after school" Aizawa says and Katsuki sighs and visibly relaxes.

"Thanks.." Katsuki mumbles softly and I smile.

"I'm proud of you bubbas, how about I treat you to some of those chilli chips you like" I say softly and Katsuki slowly nods.

"I would like that.." Katsuki says slowly with a small nod.

"Then that's what we'll do after school" I say and he nods shortly.

"Sensei, I've gotta go!" Mineta exclaims as he rushes to pack up.

"Everything alright?" Aizawa asks softly and Mineta sighs.

"My nana is coming down for her birthday and my mother is taking all the measures so she doesn't find out I'm trans. Dysphoria here I come" Mineta says with a frown and Sensei nods.

"Okay, well my phone is in my back pocket at all times. Just call me if you need me to come get you and bring some clothes and stuff" Aizawa says and Mineta nods before stealing a quick hug from Aizawa and leaving the class room.

"I'm very proud of you" I say softly, tying the flag around Katsuki's neck.

"Mm.. well, the class is a safe place, I can be myself" Kats says with a nod and I smile.

"I'm glad you feel that way" I say giving his a gentle head pat before stepping back. "Though I still can't believe they thought you were homophobic" I say with a soft laugh and Katsuki chuckles.

"I do seem that way don't I..?" He asks and I shrug.

"Just a little.. but it's only because of the well built facade" I explain and Kat nods slowly.

"That's fair honestly.." he says and I shrug.

"They shouldn't have judged you before they got to know you really" I say softly, pressing a kiss to his neck.

"I'm not too bothered by it" Katsuki says softly and I shrug.

"I love you.. so much" I say softly and he smiles fondly.

"I love you too" Katsuki says softly and I smile so widely.

It means so much to me when Kat says he loves me. I know he does, he struggles to say it a lot so it's really special when he does say it.
