Kaminari's pov

"So.. you going to do it?" Kirishima asks as he nods in bakugou's direction.

"I.. don't think it's a good idea.." I say softly and Kirishima whines softly.

"Why not! You'd be so cute together!" Kirishima exclaims and Mina nods.

"I.. don't think I'm his type" I say softly, glancing over as Bakugou sits with a calm expression on his face.

He has a book in his hand as he leans back in his seat. His face is calm and neutral, expression wise. I smile a little, noticing his headphones are in.

"Why not?" Sero asks as he slides a fruit yoghurt over to me.

"I'm too.. me.. he'd go for someone like Kirishima.. strong countering quirk that works well with his. Or Shinsou, he has Bakugou's respect. Bakugou doesn't like dumb.. basically quirkless blonds" I complain and Mina shrugs.

"Debatable. If he wasn't in to you.. why would he have a Pikachu plush which he's named Kamichu and cuddles when he has nightmares?" Kirishima asks and I choke on a spoonful of yoghurt.

"He what?" I ask and Kirishima nods.

"I've seen it. He told me about it one night" he says and I nod slowly.

"Speak to him, ask him on a date" Mina encourages and I nervously glance over at him again.

"Now?" I ask as I tap my foot.

"Yes now!" The three shout at me and I nod before getting up.

I walk over to him, contemplating my next move as I fidget with my hands. Just put it straight. I like him and I want to go on a date with him some time. Okay, we've got this.

I gently tap his shoulder, grabbing his attention away from his book and his music.

He sighs, rolling his eyes before taking an ear bud out. This causes his music to pause. He looks up at me with a raised eyebrow and a grunt.

"What?" He asks as I say nothing.

"I- erh. Um.. sorry.." I start, stammering badly over my words and Bakugou tuts at me.

"Spit it out Pikachu" Bakugou complains and I chuckle.

"I like Kamichu better to be honest" I say softly and Bakugou scowls.

"Damn shitty hair.." he mutters and I nod to myself.

"So.. I.. was wondering if I could ask you something?" I ask softly and Bakugou sighs.

"Sure, knock yourself out Pikachu" Bakugou says as he closes his book.

"I.. was wondering if.. you'd like to go on a date with me some time.. I really like you Bakugou" I say with a heavy exhale.
