"... Right, so today - we're gonna answer your questions! This video is inspired by Simon being a weirdo."
Simon's eyebrows furrowed at his friend's words, his pursed lips fighting off a dissatisfied frown.
"I just hate the idea of having all those unanswered questions out on social media, okay?" He asked rhetorically, in a manner that was more of a statement than anything else.
"Anyway," Tobi interrupted, drawing the entire group's attention away from the tense stare off between Simon and Ethan. "Let's get started! JJ, you wanna start? Before you fall asleep?"
"Yeah, sure, I'll go first." JJ said, pointedly ignoring the jab Tobi had just made (non-maliciously) about him sleeping.
JJ scrolled through the gathered questions he had just pulled up on his phone. All seven of them, and the crew, and their friends, had been logging any and all questions they came across, that related to the Sidemen, on any social media platform.
They had been doing so for about two months, by now, in order to ensure that they had enough questions to answer by the time this video idea reached the top of the list, ready to be enacted.
"What is the biggest argument you've ever had?"
Vik hummed, thoughtfully, "As in, with each other?"
"I assume so, yeah."
"Well, there was that one time." Ethan said.
Josh scoffed, amused.
"Because that narrows it down; so much!"
Ethan rolled his eyes, faux irritated at his friend.
"It was like, 3 years ago? Between me and JJ, mainly. Was nothing too serious, I can't even remember what it was about, even."
"What an answer that was, ladies and gentleman." Harry stared into the camera lens, clapping slowly, sarcastically. He only stopped when he recieved a pillow to the face, thrown expertly from Ethan's direction.
The group went around in the newly-developed order, reciting one after the other a question from the list. Once a question was asked (and answered to the best of their ability) they moved on, and it was the next person's turn to look through and choose one.
The previous question was then crossed off of the list.
They carried on like that for just over two rounds; most people had asked two questions, except for JJ and Josh. Both men came before Vik in the line, so by the time it had gotten to him again, they had already had three goes each.
"Erm... right, I'll go with this one! I have doubts but I think it's an interesting one. ...Have any of you ever loved someone you knew would never love you back?"
Immediately after understanding the question, JJ was shaking his head vehemently, cocky bastard that he was.
"Of course not." He paused for a little bit, before continuing much more hesitantly, "I actually wait for someone to love me first before I let myself fall badly."
Everyone bar Vik and Harry glanced his way, then, all with similar expressions on their faces, varying only slightly due to facial features and the whole them being different people thing.
Incredulous, yet somehow sympathetic, at the same time. Those were the feelings their expressions, somehow, naturally conveyed.
"Yeah, I can't say I've ever done that, actually." Ethan whispered delicately, after a silent moment of thought for them all.
"Same, here, really." Simon agreed, followed by Tobi with an almost identical answer, his tone of voice soft.
It were only Vik, Josh and Harry who hadn't answered the question yet, all three of them sat next to each other with little space between them on the large sofa.
