Loud music echoes in your ears when you take a sip from your drink. The club Magnus had rented is full to say the least.

Next time I should really ask for a private club. You think by yourself when finishing your drink.

Casually looking around the club, you notice a couple that's dancing not that far from you. A seelie and vampire you assume.

In the club, there is never sign of rivalry. Everyone makes fun and forgets the daily competition between species.

For a moment you imagine how it would feel to be part of one of those species. Even though Magnus assures you that you are part of the warlocks, you can't help but feel left out sometimes.

You past doesn't help that struggle at all.

Then you notice some mundanes flirting with vampires. They totally do not know what they are getting themselves into.

Y'all are playing with fire. Typical..

You don't hate mundanes, not at all. They are sometimes just too reckless?

"Care for a dance?"

Being used to situation like this, you answer the drunk sounding voice besides you without turning your head. "No thanks."

"Oh c'mon, one dance. That's not that much too ask?"

A sigh leaves your lips when you turn to the boy standing beside you. "Are you deaf? I said no."

Definitely drunk, he leans on the bar trying his very best to impress you.

But still not getting the hint, he scoops closer where you are sitting. "Don't be boring. Just one dance."

His alcohol breath hits your face and you start to feel very pissed off by that.

"Last warning."

His smirk grows bigger when noticing your anger. "Don't be so dramatic. Just-"

His words get struck in his throat when the air can not fill his lungs anymore.

You are casually raising two finger while a red glow surrenders his neck.

"You are going to listen very carefully. You will leave this club and I do not want to see your face here ever again. If I do you will regret that. Understood?"

He nods his head almost immediately, probably starting to suffocate.

When lowering your hand, he collapses against the bar but quickly runs away.

Someone chuckles behind the bar so you turn around in your chair.

A young warlock is making someone a cocktail while laughing at the scene he has witnessed. You slam a dollar bill on the counter while giving him a smile. "Take notes."

With that you hop of the chair and walks into the crowd. Magnus should be around somewhere.

You're trying your very best to walk casually but with all the cups and beer on the ground it's pretty difficult in your heels.

Not in the mood to continue to party, you can't wait to get home and get in bed.

People are bumping into each other and unfortunately you don't have a choice but to walk right in the middle of it.

When trying to pass a couple of vampires dancing with some humans, someone harshly bumps into you.

"Hey! Watch out!" You shout at the person but when you make eye contact, the words get stuck in your throat.
