A month had passed, and a lot happened. Two other schools had come for the mysterious Triwizard tournament. The champions were as followed:

Viktor Krum
Fleur Delacour
Cedric Diggory
and, as a last-minute change, someone no one was expecting:
me.

I was taken aback. Ron was furious with me. Harry was mad that I entered. Hermione thought I was insane.

I was pretty much alone, except for two certain people:

Fred and George Weasley.

They had become my two best friends and my only friends for that matter. We had become a quartet, with their friend Lee Jordan. We pulled pranks all the time, and always hung out in between classes.

I developed a crush on George. How couldn't I? Meanwhile, both he and Fred were obsessed with Angelina Johnson. I understood, she was gorgeous and their age.

Soon, rumors started to spread, and Neville Longbottom had a crush on me. Now don't get me wrong, Neville was a sweet guy, but not my type.

Halloween rolled around soon enough. Hogwarts Halloween was nothing like Ilvenmorny Halloween, but I was still excited. The twins and I were planning a prank to scare the first years: I was going to put a charm on all of the jack o' lanterns to violently scram every time someone walked by them.

I woke up one morning, and like always, everyone was ignoring me. Not that I minded, I preferred the twins' company anyway.

Harry wouldn't look at me when I walked into the common room. I just wanted my brother, I wanted him to love me like he did when we were kids.

Hurt, I quickly sped past him towards the twins, and I heard him scoff from behind me. He didn't approve of mg new company.

"Breakfast?" I said to the two redheads.

"Breakfast." They agreed at the same time, then each grabbed one of my hands and set off.

The staring never stopped. It just got worse, especially with rumors going around that I was dating both of them at the same time, which was completely ridiculous. I had a crush on George and only George, something he'd never know.

The Great Hall didn't have very many people, just a few Gryffindors, and Ravenclaws, Hufflepuff, and Slytherin were scarce. We sat and ate, then talked a little bit. Fred wanted help with his homework, and because I was working at their level, he asked me. George wanted to go play quidditch after classes, all of which I had with them because again, I was advanced, and I pulled a few strings with Dumbledore.

"So," I said, "Do you two have any future plans for my brother?"

They looked at me and then looked at each other, "We didn't think you would want us to prank him..." Fred said slowly.

"Right, we thought it would upset you. We know you get protective with him," George added.

"No. He's going to be a dick, he doesn't get special treatment," I said firmly.

They were surprised at my choice of wording but didn't say anything. Instead, we sat in comfortable silence. I started reading a textbook I had brought with me. Suddenly, George looked at Fred, then smirked at me. "Have you heard of that ball coming up?"

I glared "Yes, and I'm not going."

A little v appeared between his eyebrows, "Why not?"

I shrugged, not looking up from the book, "I don't like dresses. And besides, I don't have a date either."
