I had willed my body temperature to dramatically rise in those seconds, consumed with the thought of someone familiar storming in. The person could either cause harm or be here to help me out of here, I wasn't sure. The drumming of my heart against my chest, hammering relentlessly... Then I spotted a dyed blond hair at the door.

He was dressed in a pair of old denim jeans and a simple white T shirt, his eyes immediately glued to my petite frame.

Asher, who didn't seem to quite acknowledge the guy's presence, kept his face nuzzled into my skin as he softly wept.

I returned his intimidating gaze, trying to enlarge my pupils as much as I could to look at least a bit scary. No one dared to blink as our staring contest went on, his huge blue eyes burning holes into my orbs. I had recognised him. Neil, was it? I was sure though I was quite bad at names. His appearance rang a bell, he was horse riding with us back at the Tomlinson's.

This all made so much sense since he was Harry's friend.

"Why's he crying you lot." He snapped, frowning his eyebrows accusingly. How dare he.

"Maybe because you freaking forced a five year old into your nasty games?" I scolded him. I could care less if I get out of here with a black eye or worse, had to do this for the poor kid, I had to be brave for Asher.

A smirk took over Neil's lips as he snorted. "It that what you told her? That we were forcing you? You lil'  piece of trickster."

Niall roared in a wild sort of laughter, biting onto his bottom lip in order to stop the laughter from dropping him down to the floor.

Asher gave me a guilty look before getting up as if assuming I wouldn't want to hold him any longer. I didn't know what to think, there was obviously a really corrupted thing going on though I couldn't exactly put my finger on what it was.

I was quite certain of one thing here, Asher wasn't guilty of any of this shit. As a matter of fact, bad environment and parenting influences children's minds and has a massive impact on a child's behaviour and disposition. Children learn by imitating adults that are the closest to them, and I could tell Harry's aggressive ways had been effecting Asher rather badly.

I was about to get Niall back when he decided to beat me to it. "We should get to the kitchen, i'm fucking starving here and Jasper made food."

Neil exclaimed, throwing his hands in the air dramatically and sauntering towards us. He grabbed hold of Asher's slim wrist and pulled him towards the white door, not spending me  a glance.   The little manipulator suddenly planted his feet on the ground, causing the fake blond to stop and let out a sigh of annoyance.

"What's now?" He asked, wearing a scowl on his food seeking face.

"What 'bout Gweenie? Isn't she going to come with us?" The kid asked, widening his eyes innocently as he gestured my way.

Neil just shrugged.

"Gwennie is more than welcome to get her arse off the bed and join us." He retorted flatly, adding air quotes around 'Gwennie'.

"Ace!" Asher jumped enthusiastically, clapping his hands like the cute child he could be.

I didn't even want to go with them, although his little effort did bring warmth to my heart. I ran my tongue over my lips as I waited for practically nothing, my stomach was growling but  the thought of running into the devil himself kept me in place.

"Ya comin' or what? And don't start spoiling my mind with that girly shit of 'i'm not hungry'. I can clearly tell you're famished so--"

"Simmer down would you, Neil? I'm coming." I sighed, rolling my eyes at his attitude and standing up to my feet.

"How'd you just call me?" He threw at me, narrowing his eyes as if I had just committed a crime.

"Neil?"

"It's Niall you asshat." He spat and strolled out of the room, Asher barely keeping up with his long strides.

I snickered at his lame insult and jogged after the hungry boy.

The kitchen had a slight look of highness to it, the walls the colour of an egg with delicate decorations in a language that wasn't English.

My eyes landed on a guy no older than I am. He had his phone in his hand. He was checking something, but when he had realised someone was staring at him he placed the phone on the counter and leaned against it, his palms on the edge by his side.

"Hello, pretty girl." A proud smirk spread on his face as he was clearly checking my body out. The guy had deep black hair and extremely tanned skin, he had a set of bright white teeth and super fit body. He had a dark blue apron on which didn't make him look less muscular nor hot. He could twist my face in a blink.

He was free to trail his dark eyes up and down my body. I suddenly felt self-conscious, his gaze then falling on my lips.

"I'm Jasper." He breathily whispered, as if we had just kissed and his breath ran out. Jasper, the one who made breakfast.

"Gwen."

"I know."

Before I had a chance to reply, Niall burst into our conversation.

"You just better fucking sit down before I eat your flesh." He threatened, his glare scarily serious.

"Jeez mate, calm down." Jasper teased, patting Niall's back and doing as told.

He grinned as I walked over to him and sat on the stool next to his. A gasp fell from my lips as Jasper's warm hand made contact with my thigh. I smacked it away, only for him to laugh evilly and withdraw. What scared me the most was that being stuck here meant they all could have their ways with me, and I couldn't even do anything about it.

They were all so muscular that the four times I had attended my self defence sessions would surely be futile,  they could take me in a heartbeat.

I shivered and forced my body as far from Jasper's as possible, he didn't seem to notice though. Asher took the other seat beside me and God, was I thankful for that.

I was granted a plate that contained eggs and bacon which smelled like heaven. Everybody picked up their cutlery and started chewing on the delicious food. No one spoke, only the sound of food being chewed and forks crashing against plates was heard. And quite frankly, I didn't want anyone to make conversation. They were all wicked people and  even though I had grown with crime and injustice at close terms, I'd rather be spared a chat with them.

My ears perked up upon hearing the door open and footsteps come in. Fright mesmerised my body as I drew in a deep breath, trying to prepare myself for whatever was about to take place. It wasn't much use though; I don't think any amount of preparation would've helped me.

I peered up shakily to acknowledge the person's presence. A tall figure stood before us all, his short brown hair topping his head and big arms folded across his chest. As I spotted a birth mark on his neck, a flash of memories hit me.

I remembered him nicely asking for a rubber, and our cancelled lunch. How naïve was I to think somebody as hot would actually be kind to me, it was all planned out. I mentally face palmed myself, hard. How could I be so stupid? Everything just seemed to go unnoticed by me, he was at the court as well yet I had forgotten who he was. Freaking perfect.

I stopped chewing the egg in my mouth and dropped the fork. Liam, upon noticing my exuberant shock cleared his throat. His gaze met mine but unlike several days ago, he wasn't smiling.

"Gwen, i'd like to have a few words with you."
