Fuck You- JJ

Aaliyah and JJ had been in a secret relationship for the past 6 months- it definitely wasn't easy keeping their relationship secret from their family and friends but in order to be together it's what had to be done.
Aaliyah was a kook.
A kook who was close with the Cameron's and Thornton' s and who was richer than both of them combined.
JJ knew she wasn't like the other kooks which is what instantly drew him to her.
The hardest thing for JJ was keeping her a secret, he was purely in love with her and all he wanted to do was show her off to the world.

"JJ! Dude!"

JJ snapped out of his trance and raised an eyebrow at Pope.
"Uh...what?" He asked

Pope sighed and shook his head, "Do you ever listen to anything I say?"

"Usually." JJ smiled jokingly

"Well what I was saying-"

JJ found himself tuning Pope out once again as soon as his eyes landed on Aaliyah.
She was standing with her group of friends who unfortunately happened to be Rafe, Topper and Kelce.
JJ clenched his jaw in jealousy and anger as he watched the three boys flirt and act all cozy with his girlfriend.
Rage boiled inside of him as he saw Aaliyah laugh and muck around with the kook boys, she grabbed onto Rafe and Topper's hands pulling them towards the crowd of dancing teenagers.

JJ stood up abruptly and stormed off into the opposite direction, leaving Pope by himself and confused.
JJ knew the risks of hiding their relationship, he knew he'd have to keep his cool when he saw her with other guys.
But it was so fucking hard.
Especially when those guys where Rafe and Topper, two guys who could give her so much more than he ever could.

"Yo JJ man what's up?" John B asked grabbing him by the shoulder.

JJ shook him off and glared, "Nothing I'm fine."

"You don't seem fine-"

"I just need a drink." He muttered bitterly, walking off once again.

JJ knew he couldn't force her to stop hanging around the boys from Figure 8, she'd been best friends with them since she was a kid- like him and the pogues.
No matter how much he despised her friends what kind of boyfriend would he be if he ripped her away from them?

JJ snatched a solo cup from the table and poured beer from the keg into it- downing it almost instantly.
He repeated the process a few more times before his eyes landed on Aaliyah once again.
"Fuck this." He growled, watching Rafe throw her over his shoulder as he spun her around.

He threw the plastic cup to the ground and made his way over to the group.
All JJ saw was red- the amount of alcohol he consumed also didn't help the rising anger and jealousy in him.

"Rafe!" he bellowed

Rafe rose an eyebrow at JJ and carefully dropped Aaliyah to her feet.
"What the fuck do you want Maybank?"

JJ puffed out his chest, stepping dangerously closer to Rafe.

"JJ please-" Aaliyah pleaded

"Stay out of this Aaliyah." JJ warned

"Don't fucking speak to her like that pogue." Topper said, crossing his arms over his chest intimidatingly.

"I'll speak to my girlfriend how I want to!" JJ yelled

Aaliyah's eyes widened, "JJ what the fuck?!"

"In your fucking dreams Maybank." Rafe scoffed

"I'd appreciate it if you'd stop flirting with my girlfriend Cameron." JJ spat

Rafe chuckled sarcastically and got up into JJ's face, "Yeah and what are you gonna do about it? Huh?"

JJ gripped onto Rafe's shirt, his fist colliding with his jaw.

"JJ!" Aaliyah gasped

"Fuck you." Rafe said lowly, spitting blood onto the sand.

Both of the boys began throwing punches at each other, Rafe ended up on top of JJ slamming his fist into his face.

"RAFE! JJ! STOP IT PLEASE!" Aaliyah yelled

"RAFE! COME ON MAN!" Topper yelled, trying to pry Rafe off of JJ.
Rafe pushed Topper away aggressively, JJ took the opportunity to knee Rafe in the stomach, enabling him to swap positions and beat Rafe to a pulp.
"JJ?! WHAT ARE YOU DOING?!" Kiara screamed

Despite all the screaming and yelling neither of the boys backed down.
"Aaliyah! Control you're psychotic friend!" Kiara yelled

Aaliyah ignored her and made a rush decision on interfering in the fight.
She grabbed onto JJ's shoulder and used all her strength to push him off of Rafe.

"JJ STOP IT NOW!" She yelled

JJ's angry eyes met with hers, "YOU'RE DEFENDING HIM OVER ME?!"

"I'M DEFENDING MY BEST FRIEND WHO YOU JUST STARTED A FIGHT WITH!"

JJ scoffed and wiped the blood from his face, "You're fucking unbelievable Aaliyah! You'd defend that prick over your own boyfriend!"

The pogues gasped in shock, they definitely didn't expect JJ of all people to fall for a kook.
"Girlfriend?!" Kiara exclaimed

"Well she's not much of a fucking girlfriend is she!?" JJ yelled, glaring at Aaliyah.

"I'm warning you Maybank- don't fucking talk to her like that." Topper said

"No- it's fine Top. Not much of a girlfriend huh JJ? Well fuck you! SERIOUSLY FUCK YOU! First you want to hide our relationship because you're too scared to let everyone know you're in love with a kook! Then you have the fucking audacity to cause a punch up with my best friend- who you damn well knows would never try anything on me because we're JUST FRIENDS! What about all the times I helped you with your dad? All the times I snuck you into my room late at night to clean you up and hold you while you broke down! How many times have I bailed you out of trouble?! But you know I'm not much of a girlfriend so!" Aaliyah snapped

JJ's face softened at Aaliyah's words.
"Lia-"

"No fuck you JJ! Fuck you! I'm done! We are DONE!" Aaliyah cried, running off from the beach.

"NO LIA! PLEASE!" JJ yelled

Topper, Rafe and Kelce all followed after Aaliyah, calling out her name for her to stop running.

JJ ran a hand through his hair, tears welling up in his eyes.
He may have just lost the best thing to ever happen to him..
All over jealousy and his ego.

"You've fucking done it now JJ." Kiara muttered angrily

JJ turned to his friends, all of them looking at him with disappointed eyes.

"After everything John B and Sarah went through you seriously thought we wouldn't accept your relationship?" Pope interrogated

JJ choked back a sob, gripping at his hair.
"I don't know why I did it." He whispered

"You fucked up big time. You may have just lost the best thing to ever happen to you." John B said

"Don't you think I know that?!" JJ snapped

"Well I don't see you trying to fix it JJ!" Kiara screamed

JJ narrowed his eyes, "I only hid my relationship because you're all the most judging people! You have no right to be yelling at me!"

"That's the thing JJ you never gave us a chance to accept your relationship! You just assumed we'd hate her- which by the way we don't because Aaliyah is literally the kindest kook i've ever met!" Kiara defended

"JJ seriously stop arguing with us and go fix things with your girl." John B demanded

JJ took a deep breath in, trying his hardest to calm down. He nodded slowly and looked in the direction that Aaliyah ran off to.
"I'm gonna get my girl."
