Cheater- Rafe

Octavia hummed a song to herself as she walked up the steps to the Cameron house. She had organised to meet Rafe and have a day out together, he had told her he had everything planned so she had no idea what they were doing.
"Hello?" She called as she entered the house, her eyes widened as she saw what a mess the house was.
Cups, broken bottles, alcohol and all sorts of other random things were scattered all over the place.
"What the fuck..." Octavia muttered to herself
"Oh thank god!" Sarah sighed in relief as she saw Octavia at the door, she held a half full trash bag in her hand.
"What happened here?" Octavia asked
Sarah rolled her eyes, "Rafe happened. I came home from John B's and he was throwing a party- that got very much out of hand."
Octavia groaned in annoyance as she ran a hand through her hair.
"Is Rafe here?" She asked
Sarah nodded, "I haven't seen him but I heard him in his room- I don't know what he's doing up there."
Octavia frowned and made her way up the stairs to her boyfriends bedroom.
She knocked on the door and waited for an answer but she didn't get one.
"Rafe?" She called as she opened the bedroom door, revealing a sight she never thought or wished she would see.
Rafe was lying in bed half naked with a red headed girl sprawled on top of him only wearing one of his shirts.
"RAFE FUCKING CAMERON!" She screamed
Rafe jumped up from his bed, a shocked and confused look plastered on his face. His eyes widened and his face lost all colour when he realised the situation he was in.
"Baby- Octavia it's not what it looks like!"
He ran over to her, arms extended reaching out for her.
"DONT YOU FUCKING COME NEAR ME!" Octavia yelled
The girl woke up and glared at the both of them, "do you mind not yelling?" She spat
Octavia narrowed her eyes at her and picked up the nearest object, pegging it at the girl.
"YOU BITCH! YOU FUCKED MY BOYFRIEND!"
The girl jumped up and scrambled to find her clothes, "I am so sorry- I-I didn't know." She stuttered
"Get out." Octavia growled
The girl wasted no time in sprinting out of the room leaving Octavia and Rafe by themselves.
"Octavia baby-"
"Don't you fucking dare try and excuse what you did!" Octavia hissed
"I WAS DRUNK PLEASE LET ME EXPLAIN!" Rafe pleaded
"THERES NO EXPLANATION! YOU CHEATED ON ME!" Octavia cried
"I DIDNT MEAN TO! YOURE THE ONLY ONE I WANT! I FUCKING LOVE YOU SO MUCH!"
Octavia froze, that was the first time either of them had said "I love you", and she definitely didn't expect him to say it after she found out he slept with another woman.
"We're over Rafe-"
"NO! PLEASE! BABY PLEASE!" Rafe began to sob, he ran over to Octavia and fell to his knees- gripping onto her shirt for dear life.
"Please! I'm so sorry! Don't leave me I wasn't thinking straight!"
Octavia sucked in a deep breath, trying to hold back her own sobs that threatened to escape from her mouth.
"Don't call me , text me or come to my house Rafe- we're done."
Before he could reply Octavia pushed him off of her and ran out of his bedroom, stumbling down the marble stairs.
"OCTAVIA! OCTAVIA BABY NO!" Rafe shouted from behind her.
Once Octavia swung the front door open she broke down into tears, her vision went blurry and her chest began to ache in pain.
"Octavia!"
Octavia let out a loud sob and fell to the gravel bellow her, arms were suddenly wrapped tightly around her.
"Hey, it's ok." Sarah whispered into her hair
"I never thought he'd do that to me." She cried
Sarah sighed sadly, "I know. I didn't think he would either."
"I-I love him." Octavia began to sob more
Sarah stayed silent and lifted the heart broken girl off the ground, "come on O. I'll take you home."

3 weeks had passed since Rafe cheated on Octavia, it was safe to say both of them had been an absolute mess. Rafe definitely didn't respect Octavia's wishes- he called and texted her probably 50 times everyday, he even showed up to her house every morning and late at night- begging for her forgiveness. Every time Octavia almost gave in- the sound of his voice, knowing he was hurt, broke her all over again.
She sat on her bed amongst many thick blankets, flicking through different shows on Netflix.
"Hey. How are you?" Sarah asked softly, holding a bag full of groceries in her hand.
Octavia sighed and leaned her head against the head board.
"I could be better." She mumbled
Sarah placed the bag on the floor and walked further into the room, sitting on the bed.
"He's outside again." Sarah whispered sadly
Octavia stayed silent, staring into the distance.
"He slept on the porch again- I know what he did was unforgivable and wrong but he's an absolute mess he hasn't been home in days." Sarah explained
Octavia nodded, "well it's his own fault isn't it."
Sarah frowned, wanting to push Octavia further but decided against it.
"I brought some of your favourite junk food." Sarah smiled
Octavia gave her a tight smile back, "thank you- I really appreciate all this."
"You're my best friend- of course I'll always be here."
"Yeah but he's your brother- you shouldn't have to choose between us."
"Trust me- I don't need to choose. I'm making sure I look after both of you."
"And I really-"
"OCTAVIA!"
Octavia was cut of by Rafe screaming from outside, he stood in the front yard at Octavia's window.
"He's there again." Octavia sighed
"Well lucky you're on the second floor, otherwise he might try to climb in." Sarah laughed
"I think he still might try and find a way." Octavia muttered
"OCTAVIA! I LOVE YOU! PLEASE! IM SO SO SORRY!"
Octavia threw the blankets off of her and stormed over to the window.
She pulled it open and stuck her head out, her heart aching at the sight of Rafe.
His hair was a mess, he had bags under his eyes and he had a slight stubble growing.
"Rafe! Go home! I need space and you sleeping on my fucking porch isn't helping!" She yelled back
Rafe frowned deeply, falling to his knees and burying his head into his hands. Octavia could hear his sobs from her bedroom window.
"I-I love you- and I don't deserve you at all. You're the best thing that's ever happened to me and I can't lose you! I just can't!" He sobbed
Tears fell from Octavia's eyes, her lip quivered as she began to feel a breakdown coming along.
"Come in Rafe." She spoke
Rafe looked up in shock, hope glimmering in his gorgeous eyes.
"What..?"
"Come in so we can talk." She sighed
Rafe stood up quickly, looking at Octavia before running to her front door.
Octavia shut the window and looked at Sarah, tears still pouring from her eyes.
Sarah gave her a small hug before leaving, "you'll be fine. Call me if anything bad happens ok?"
"Ok."
Sarah gave her one last smile before walking out of the room, opening the front door for her brother.
"Don't fuck this up Rafe." Sarah begged
"I'm not planning on it. At all."
