Warehouse

"I told you to kidnap them, not fuck them, Natasha!"

"I didn't fuck them, I just undressed on top of them before injecting them!"

Two angry voices screaming woke me up, I figured it was Owen and Eliza arguing over toys or something. I rubbed the sleep out of my eyes and opened them as I sat up.

"Will you two st-" I wasn't in my bedroom, not even the Lakehouse, for that matter. I was in what looked like a warehouse with a window-paneled ceiling.

"They're awake," I heard someone say from the other room, followed by inaudible whispers. I looked around and realized I couldn't move. I was tied to a chair, positioned in the middle of the room.

"Where the fuck am I?" I yelled not realizing Natasha was standing right there. "Natasha-thank god-get me out of this," a blonde woman came up behind her.

"Who's Natasha?" the woman looked at Nat, and back at me. Nat put her head down and looked shameful.

"What?" I jerked around, trying to untie myself. Nat mumbled something under her breath, making the woman laugh. "What?"

"My name's not Natasha," she continued with her head still down, mumbling, all I could hear was her say her name wasn't her name.

"Her real name's Natalia, and she kidnapped you and brought you to me. There? All caught up?" the blonde woman was a bit annoying, reminded me of Clint. "Oh my! Where are my manners, I'm Yelena," she smiled at me and held her hand out for me to shake, "oh, right, you're... confined."

"I'm sorry, kidnapped? Nat what is she-" I looked over at Nat, practically begging for her eyes to meet mine.

"You aren't talking to Nat anymore, sweetie, you're talking to me," Yelena grabbed the back of my chair, twisting it forcing me to look at her. "Tell me about your little friend Barton," I try not to cry as I look at her, I was still in shock. Was the Lakehouse all a dream? What about Owen and Eliza? What about Katie? My thoughts crashed to a halt when I felt a cold hand slap across my face. "Tell me about Clint!" I panted heavily and looked back up at her.

"Well, he's a bit annoying-" another slap, this time backhanded, delivered to my cheek, making my lip bleed.

"So, we have a funny one, huh? A real jokester," she looked down at me and muttered something to Natasha in Russian. I watched as Natasha walked into a separate room and came back holding a black pistol with a brown leather handle. "Let's see what jokes you crack now, hm?" I watched her hands slowly load and cock the gun with ease. She raised the freezing muzzle to my forehead, not breaking eye contact. "Now, tell me about Clint Barton." I had nothing to lose, I had lost Natasha, who I guess I never really had. I had lost Katie because of how stupid I'd been. I hadn't had Eliza and Owen, but now I had wanted them. All wants and having nothing. Nothing to lose.

"He makes a mean martini," I grinned and looked up at her hands as her finger reached for the trigger. I closed my eyes, ready to hear the click before the black, but instead, I heard glass shatter. I felt the cold muzzle leave my forehead and opened my eyes. Yelena blocked my view of the figure on the ground, surrounded by broken bits of glass. Yelena slowly moved towards Nat, muttering something in Russian once again. My eyes were still cloudy with sweat-or tears, I wasn't sure. I blinked whatever it was away and looked at the figure, groaning on the ground. "Katherine," I threw my head back, now groaning in reply.

"Kate Bishop?" Yelena gasped, "What do we have the pleasure?"
